Business travel accommodation ideal.
Very comfortable with superb wi-fi availability. Found the restaurants to be much too expensive - very little on offer as alternative dining options, considering isolation from visiting outside restaurants / shopping malls. Staff friendly.

Pleasant stay - A classic " old school" hotel .
Comfortable and in quiet surroundings. We needed a board room at very short notice and the Hotel provided this ( including coffee, juices and snacks at no extra cost ) friendly staff and good buffet b
The stay was comfortable , the staff friendly and helpful . We were very impressed with the excellent service from the business centre . A board room was arranged for us at last minute notice and refreshments provided - at no extra cost ! A fruit basket in our room on arrival was also a nice touch . Agoda dussappointed us however - on booking we were told " breakfast included" and we were saving on costs . Both accounts untrue - no breakfast included and the hotel had a discount rate on the room - we overpaid with more that double of the price the hotel offered . Will NOT use Agoda again

Location, helpful staff, clean room
After driving for six hours and having a long drive ahead of us the next day, we were looking forward to a restful night. However, the sitcom was so noisy we had no sleep at all. They did change our room but it made no difference. It was the worst night we had in any hotel ever.

I am. a frequent traveller to Gaborone and often stay at the Grand Palm however, it's certainly not a 5 star hotel by anyone's standard. It's holiday inn 3 star or less. The staff are helpful however, the room are tired and lacks the facilities of other equally rated hotels. No iron in rooms, lots of sockets don't work. It really needs to reflect its rating and at a push its 3 star.
