Hidden bungalow ”
Difficult to find at first. Near to Puri Lukisan Museum if you are taking a Kura-Kura bus from Kuta. Within walking distance to the busiest streets of Central Ubud and other attractions. No basic toiletries in the room. Nice view of garden. If you are particular about cleanliness then this place is NOT recommended. Affordable shared tour to Besakih Temple and other attractions.

Room cancelled last minute”
We booked and paid few weeks in advance. On our way to Pelangi from airport, at around 8 pm, we called the hotel. The man told us he didn't have our booking. When we told him it was confirmed and already paid, he then told us the hotel was full (in a rude tone), we asked him for a solution. He told us to go to Pelangi guest house (about 2 km from bungalows), but the indications (in Indonesian) were false, we needed to call him back 5 times to find this guest house. It took us 1h instead of 10 min. When we arrived, no towel, no soap and the lady didn't even greet. On the phone, the man told us he will gave us the money back the next morning. We went to Pelangi bungalows to ask for money, a woman started bargaining. Not honest at all. Luckily, our friends were sleeping there and didn't pay yet, so it was easy for us to tell that they won't pay if we don't get the money back. NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT HONEST, a shame for Agoda to list such an accomodation

Great location, shame about bathroom”
The breakfast was lovely and the room fine. The bathroom was dark, wet, had no net over the window so was a breeding place for mosquitos. After two nights here we had to move. Despite using mozie coils and Deet spray we were each beaten a huge number of times.

Ten Stars”
Amazing place. Perhaps less so Ubud with the onslaught of overweight Westerners but if you have to come here, this place is great to relax.

Satisfaisant !!”
