Very nice resort near the beach.”
Pelangi resort is so nice.... Big garden, spacious room, quite surrounding, walking distanceto the beach for swimming. We booked wrongly trhough agoda cottage 2 but with price of single room, than we rebook add 1 room, the manager upgrade to remain in cottage 2, very kind of them. From here ry near to Kelayang beach we rent boat for 6 persons with cost 400,000.00 very cheap, we have done joyful island hopping..... Belitung indeed is beautiful island,..

If you want a quiet place away from town, this is it. The famous tinggi beach is just 5 min drive away. The place to take a boat ride to island hopping is also 10 min drive away. This place is strategically located. Right opposite the resort, there's a beach in front of a restaurant where you can catch sunrise. Do head to tinggi beach to catch sunset as well! Was here for 6 nights and the staff were great! We told them we wanted to rent a car and the got it done for us. They provide island hopping tours as well. Breakfast was nice and different food were served daily. Had a few dinners there and do not miss their asam fish head and fried chicken! Met the lady boss towards the last few nights there and they were fantastic host! Told us a few places of interest which we can go, great food places etc. Need a break? Need a place in Belitung? This is it.

Strategic place with beautiful beach right across the street”
I spent 3 day 2 nights with my friends. We booked 2 single cottages and we like it. There are only 2 places to stay in this area, and i chose this because it is value for money. The place is located near Tanjung Kelayang and Tanjung Tinggi beach and there's another 1 beach but i forgot the name. If I hv a chance to come to Belitung, I will stay in this place again.

Simple resort”
The location quite far enough from the city (30minutes) but near to some famous beaches in west belitung. It has a large yard and maybe still in some construction progress at some bungalow. The room was spacious enough, i ordered extra bed for total 3 guests but I didn’t use it cause the main bed is king size and enough for all of us to slept in. I said simple because this resort’s facility not complete enough, no hairdryer and refrigerator in their bungalow and the breakfast only served 1 main menu per day (fried rice and then porridge). But overall, we’re quite enjoying our stay. Thankyou

Beach Bum Getaway”
This is a 30minute drive (without traffic) from the main city....and if you wanted to have beach nearby, this is a good place.... there's not much activity in the hotel but they have playground for kids. The customer service is good.... We were in a super deluxe room and it was big enough for the four of us.... the place is perfectly safe even if it's a bit far from the main reception area.

Pleasant stay”
We went as family group there, we were allowed to have early check in at 10 am, the aircon worked well, surroundings were good on remote location but 5 minutes from Tanjung Kelayang and Tanjung Tinggi beach so its very ideal for island hopping trip. At night its difficult to find restaurant nearby so do find your dinner before 9 pm. and its very dark at night, which is perfect location for star gazing and astrophotography. staffs were very nice, they have karaoke facility for free and good selections of new songs. Its very quiet at night but its near mosque so expect to hear it at dawn but it didnt last long. they have power generator for black out. overall very pleasant stay and will recommend to everyone.

rooms good but in run down hotel”
near the beach, and 2 restaurants are opposite, we ate at both and it was good. we were the only people in the hotel! but it was fine. felt safe, staff were helpful. the room itself was nice, felt like a new bed. we stayed in room for 3 people. But i would pay more possibly for a better hotel just for a pool etc and a better breakfast

My first bad review,here is why.....”
The property was very muddy during our stay and the freshly cut grass was not removed which caused the mud and blades of grass to stick to your shoes. There isn't anything in this "resort", you have to cross the street and walk another 100 metres to get into the beach area..... This is no resort at least... not yet... so false advertisement...... The staff woke us up at 730 am for breakfast...... we never asked to be woken up.... the inside is filthy.... the bed was clean but the edges of the room and under the table was caked in dust..... the phone also didn't work which was a problem since our room light died late at night. This place is out classed by the neighbouring hotels that are 100k+ cheaper....(ive been to 2 places cheaper and 2 high end resorts in the last 5 days in Sijuk). This place may still be under construction but it is no excuse for it's misses. They also require you to leave your room by 11am, not the typical 12 noon of their competitors.

Won't get any sleep here!”
Staff was very friendly & helpful. Restaurant was good. However there is loud chanting/prayers nearby that last til midnight and then start up again at around 0400. In the room, there are no curtains on the windows so you really can't get any sleep here...😣

a bit dark , when we left...no one at the front desk. we just left and put the key on the front desk. Maybe its good for those who travel i group. but 3 of us were the only guest . its a bit scary and felt unsecure

Manque de fleurs, vaste projet immobilier en bordure de route dans des couleurs vives qui ne cherchent pas à s'integrer au paysage mais simplement à être vues. Les patrons sont au chaud à Jakarta et l'encadrement et les moyens attribués au personnel laissent à désirer. Personnel souriant et dévoués mais sans aucune formation visiblement. Agréable mais il vaut mieux avoir l'estomac bien noué au petit déjeuné; pour du local, c'est du local. Riz blanc froid avec des œufs au plat fait de la veille.et œufs durs douteux!

Spartano ma funzionale”
L'unica pecca di questo delizioso resort, che si compone di vari bungalow sparpagliati in un grande giardino, con al centro il ristorante...è la vicinanza con una moschea... Forse perchè siamo arrivati al termine del periodo di Ramadam, ma anche con i tappi nelle orecchie abbiamo avuto difficoltà a dormire. Il personale parla pochissimo inglese ma si sforza di assecondare ogni richiesta. Bungalow piccino e spartano, ma per qualche notte si può fare. Colazione un po' scarsa.
