My third time here. I accidentally left behind my important stuff in the room dan just realized it after reaching home 230 km away. The staff gave their very best to assist. They even allowed me for early check-in without extra charge. Delicious breakfast, clean room, comfy bed & got hair dryer in bathroom. Free private parking provided at the back with security. Kuddos to all staff! Highly recommended for your stay in Batu Pahat👍👍👍

Highly recommended. Breakfast was quite good. Got nasi goreng, bihun goreng, coffe/tea, chicken curry, hard boiled eggs, bread and some kuihs. The place was clean just the elevator a bit sempit. Other than that, all good and the view was amazing. We’re on the 7th floor.

Evrything is perfect,the staff,the food, the room is comfortable.I just wish they could improve or upgrade the wifi.The wifi is quite slow.Not suitabe for someone who work remotely

It's was last minute booking. Everything was perfect for a 2star hotel. Till the next morning breakfast. Buffet trays was empty at 8am. It's so so disappointing when you book the room with breakfast yet NO FOOD in the buffet trays. Claimed that the food still being cooked to top up.

The staff are very friendly during my check in and check out. Warm welcoming with great attitude. There is a cleaner girl on duty on 30th Jan, noon. She was super friendly and polite. My room no is 701 and stayed there on 29-31st Jan. Will be coming back whenever me and my husband back to Batu Pahat. Thank you, Pelican Hotel Team. Keep up the good work.

Overall the hotel is clean and accessible by wheelchair. It is walking distance to some restaurants/cafe. Downside the lift is bit small so it is a bit challenging to fit my dad’s wheelchair, mom and myself.

New refurbished hotel”
I've been staying here quite a few times. It's been a pleasent stay before. But after MCO they refurbished their hotels and I am satisfied with the new rooms. Everything was new, clean and smells good. I came on a weekdays so not many people stays there but on a weekends this hotel have quite number of guess. The breakfast was ok, bcoz of not many was staying there at the time, heavy breakfast was serve by ala carte menu. Made to order which normally they would serve buffet stail breakfast. For me it is value for money i would recommend to stay here if you happens to be in Batu Pahat.
