"The location of the hotel is very good"

Pembridge Palace Hotel is an old country palace with charming décor and excellent location in central London. Excellent for visitors wanting to stroll around Hyde Park, Bayswater, Kensington Palace, and Albert Hall, the Pembridge Palace Hotel couldn’t be better located. With its own unique, historic charm, this large palace building is impressive – excellent for bringing the whole family. With lots of light, a nice outdoor dining veranda, and a bed and breakfast charm, a vacation to central London might be a bit more peaceful and relaxing than guests might have imagined. The hotel features dining rooms in sun-lit, flowery dining areas and charming rooms with great views of the city. With an on-site playground and a picnic area, guests can easily spend time at the hotel with their children when not commuting around the city.

Family Room for 5”
We booked Quad Room for 4 person, but hotel upgrade us to Family Room for 5 person. 3 single beds + 1 double decker bed. Toilet quite small, but okay. Room located on Basement floor, no WiFi signal, so need to go to the Lobby to access free WiFi. Location is within 5 minutes walking distance to Bayswater area with lots of souvenir shops and halal restaurant. Within walking distance to BigBus stop. Restaurant for breakfast at the same floor. Basic breakfast with eggs, toast bread, cereals, juice and coffee. Breakfast is free, included in the room fee.
Close to Bayswater souvenirs shops”
Basic hotel facilities. We stayed at 2nd floor and WiFi is available in the room. Free breakfast, just good. Location is within walking distance 400 meters (5 minutes walk) to Bayswater souvenir shops and no problem to get Halal food. Enough free parking in-front of the hotel during weekends from 1.30pm Saturday until Sunday.
Excellent location and warmest hospitality”
My family and I enjoyed the 6- night stay in his hotel. The front desk staff really helpful to print out Legoland entrance tickets for me without charge. Thank you and hope to stay in this hotel again.
Very small room and very basic breakfast, the menu remains the same every day. ”
The property may be in central London BUT not worth the price at all. The floors are wooden and with noises coming from the above floors, impossible to have sound sleep. Had booked this property for 6 nights, paid close to £ 1k and felt cheated. The room size is very very small, wonder sites like Agoda even keep such properties in their listing. First trip with family to UK for summer vacations, had bad taste in mouth and got lots of flak from my sons :-(
Location was great, it's walking distance from the metro and Hyde park. The staff were really good. The room is awful though. It's tiny and has not been well kept. It was smelly and dirty. We had another reservation with Pembridge towards the end of our London stay which we decided to cancel because we are able to get a better place/room which costs less as well.
Prison blanket in a hotel ”
The location of the hotel is very good. The comfort of the hotel is non existent. The bed wasn't bad just not appealing because of the blankets. The covers were even worse they smelled bad.The noise in the hotel was terrible at night and the room very cold .We slept so badly that we couldn't even wake up for breakfast. The cleaner knocked on our door and asked when we are leaving and this was 9:30am.Only good things I can say is the bed was not uncomfortable and you can "store " your luggage in the lobby.Honestly I have stayed in better hostels than this hotel
Very good location”
Near tube stations
Good dining hall for breakfast and wide choice of breakfast. Staffs were very nice and kind
Dirty smelly small”
A triple room booked the bedding smelled and it was a triple room with 3 single beds all preaty much pushed togeather complained with no joy no help and no chance of changing the room or a refund. Avoid the hotel.
The Hotel Bed Contain the Bed Bug”
The hotel cleaner is awful, the bed contain a bed bug, which me and my husband could not sleep from this bug, the rooms is too small that we can hear the people rooms beside the breakfast is only jam, egg and bread the location is 8 min from queensway station and 10 min from hyed park I don't recommend this hotel for long staying!! سرير الفندق يحتوي على بق الفرش لدرجة ماقدرنا انام والفندق وصخ وقديم والافطار جدا عادي
The only good of it was the Location”
Request and paid for upgrade for another person. Instead of bigger room, they just add additional bed in already small room. No wifi. Only in reception. And the wifi is already slow which is really important for us. No laundry. Need to go to outside and search for laundrette to do our laundry :(. But still thank u for the girls in reception area who help us to book the taxi. if come back to London, will stay around the area but not the hotel. Need to upgrade the wifi to be able to connect in the rooms.
Worn out hotel”
Price and location of hotel is good i.e. near two metro lines. Lots of bars and shops in close proximity. Room old and worn out e.g. carpet worn and dusty, average bed with blankets that seemed like that hadn't been washed in a month or two - got a couple of bites from insects in the room. Room cold as heating not switched on yet being autumn. Bathroom was sufficient and clean, shower had good water pressure and water went hot enough. Hotel didn't promise wifi in the room, however i was able to log on from the room with decent speed so that was a bonus. Kettle in room with tea and coffee. Location of hotel was quiet though noise in the hotel was pronounced e.g. can hear people moving through corridores and on floors above - however hotel is quiet mostly during midnight to 7am. If you get this at a cheap price it might be worth it, but it was too cold for me and unclean bed linen and bites to my body wouldn't have me use this place again.
Perfect location ”
Bayswater tube station is nearest station to go this hotel.. Excellent location to travel around London! It was small room but that's enough for honeymoon couples I guess.. I will come back and stay again also! Very happy overall guys! If u porche person then u book other big rooms, if travelers or budget traveler then u won't be disappointed.. However please upgrade the breakfast menu.. It would be added value..
Budget hotel worth staying”
Reasonable room rate. Decent buffet breakfast is complimentary with room booking. Hotel is located near a quiet residential district, but still within walking distance to the tube station (Bayswater). On the whole, a satisfied stay.
Great location, good base for exploring London”
Hotel situated short walk from Bayswater tube station. Good base for exploring London and Hyde Park is close by. Great value for money with basic breakfast included. Shops and restaurants nearby. Clean bed linen and towels. Staff were friendly. Hot water had gone when came to have a shower, it was just luke warm. Rooms are small, but can be expected in a big city. We had family room, small double & bunk beds which was sufficient for 1 night stay.
On the beginning I had some Trouble Because I booked wrong Room -too small ,under the staircase AND with shower on the another flat, bit without problem with great help of desk staff I changed that For the greater Room with shower .After that the stay was very pleasant
Very convenient ”
Book this hotel to stay overnight. There was 5 of us (3 kids under 7) and room was 2 levels with 1 double bed and 3 single beds witch was perfect for us. Walking distance from tube station is a great convenient. it's not the greatest hotel in the world but for a quick stay is perfect.
Good comfertable hotel in the heart of London”
I went to London with my mother and grandmother. When we first arrived we got 2bad rooms. It smeld so bad we did not want to even go in - let alone sleep there. But - we went down and talked to the staff and we got two new rooms straight away. Both were very nice and clean. Since this is my fourth trip to London, I have stayed at a few hotels. Pembridge palace is by far the best one regarding service-minded staff and a good breakfast buffe (london standard). Do consider that it is London - rooms are small, walls are thin and there can be alot of noice from the streets. At the price we paid - all this is to expected. The rooms are as always in London small, and there is no percistant standard throgh-out the rooms. some are good, som are bad. With all that in mind, this hotel is good value for money.I would absolutely come back for another stay my next time in London.
Comfortable room but unfriendly receptionist”
the single room is small but comfortable. the private bathroom is a good surprise as it is brand new and clean. breakfast is included ans is great. unfortunately, the receptionists were just polite and far from being friendly. hopefully the service team is welcoming. charging for wifi is unacceptable.
