House Rules: 1) Take-off your shoes before entering the house. 2) Keep noise to a minimum. 3) Turn off lights, fans and air-conditioners when not in use. 4) Place rubbish in the rubbish bin or rubbish room next to the lift. 5) Leave the house in the same conditions as check-in. 6) Smoking is not permitted in the house. 7) Pets are not allowed in the house. 8) Don't throw any leftover food and leave dirty dishes in the sink. 9) Food is not allowed in the bedroom. Please inform Penaga Condominium in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Parking space is provided subject to: 1) Approval by the condominium management on the registration of visitor's parking space; 2) Maximum of 2 parking spaces; and 3) Complete details (i.e. driver's name, driver's IC/passport & car registration number) are provided at least 1 working day prior to arrival

Warm house”

The house is clean and nice. Big space of living room, have kitchen, can cook. Everything is nice. But the bed is perfect. If you had a long haul and need a good sleep, the bed is there to serve you. Thank you to host, she is kind and have a warm heart. We had a pleasure weekend. Take care!

Best Place for A Family Stay”

1. Excellent stay for a family/group of 6 people. 2. The whole apartment was very well maintained. Cleanliness score is almost perfect. 3. Facilities are all provided for a short stay or even a long one, i.e; refrigerator, TV, cooking facilities, cutleries, washing machine etc.. 4. The owner was also very friendly and accommodative as well. 5. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was as if we were at home. Hope to be here again next time.
