Great location & service. Plus - free Sunset cruise voucher provided!”
Stayed in June - for the last 2 nights of my holiday. Great location, within walking distance to Riverside, Royal Palace, local Khmer restaurants and some street side stalls. Guests get free voucher to enjoy free sunset river cruise (why do they not promote this, the experience was incredible!!!) Room was comfortable, lots of mosquitoes so get a spray and won't be a problem. Modern amenities, staffs are friendly. The only thing is Penh House (St 240) is a separate property from Jungle Addiction (St 244), so double check before booking. Guests have the option to eat breakfast at both properties - choice of set breakfast at Jungle Addiction or buffet breakfast at Penh House. I had a late evening flight, the sweet receptionist extended late check out complimentary (in a different spare room) which was a big plus! Airport taxi costs USD15 one-way. You can book via hotel or airport counter, same price. Highly recommended for couples or families.

Gorgeous colonial house”
Our booking was for the Jungle addition but upon check in we were told that our room had a problem with the toilet so they had to put us up at Penh house instead for one night. The staff at the reception handled it very well though and upgraded us to a suite at the jungle addition the next day. Penh house has a more modern contemporary vibe with a rooftop pool and buffet breakfast beside. We however loved the jungle addition with its beautifully restored colonial architecture and shady garden pool. The wifi worked very well and so did the showers. Bed was so comfortable! It is truly an oasis in the middle of the city. Very central location near great cafes and boutiques. I wouldn’t bother with the in-house spa though. The massage was not good. Also you will need a good mosquito repellent when sitting outdoors. It was nice that they allowed two very cute street cats to call the hotel gardens home.

Jungle addition stay in November”
Stayed 3 nights in the Jungle addition, a short walk from the Penh house main tower. Quiet, clean, and tucked away in the shade. Great spa in Penh house and stellar breakfast spread with omelet bar, pho, and buffet on the rooftop. Option to use Jungle addition or Penh house facilities. Royal Palace, River front, and curry stalls are short walks. Used Grab app to get to all the other main attractions for $1-2usd.

A gem in the city”
A colonial house with 18 rooms. The decor was simple but pretty and gave me a cozy atmosphere. The location is also very good, situated at 244 st just next to 240st where nice cafe and boutiques are located, and also walking distance to palace and museum. I will definitely return if I ever come back to Phnom Penh.

Pleasant stay at beautiful Phnom House”
It's a bit confusing that Phnom House and Jungle addition are two different hotels. It should be mentioned on the booking site. After we made our booking, we wanted to change our room from Jungle Addition to Phnom House, because we realised the facilities are better at Phnom House. We tried to change room before we arrived, but we gave up. The number to the hotel on Agoda, is not the correct number. It belongs to an old employer. We ended up getting a room at Phnom House after talking to the staff, though it took a while. Our stay at Phnom house was really pleasant.

Exceptional”
We had our room in Jungle Addition and it was very nice and big. The resort is surrounded by a wall. Inside it is silent whit beautifull trees and flowers. A nice pool whit shade. We went to Penh house for breakfast-buffet. They have a nice rooftop restaurant.

We stayed in the quiet and secluded Jungle Addition of Penh House and loved the tropical garden.”
The highlights of our stay were the fantastic location in Phnom Penh, right beside the Royal Palace, the amazing buffet breakfast on the rooftop terrace that offers a great city view and the beautiful rooftop infinity pool.

Suitable for a chillax holiday”
Staff were welcoming the moment we enter. They were nice and very helpful. Great view of the city for the room they assigned us. We did not hear loud noises while staying in the room, so soundproofing was good. You would need to ask the staff to wipe the floor of your room or else they would just tidy up and leave. The pool was a little dirty, but looked great! The community and environment around the hotel is friendlier and nicer compare to other parts of Phnom Penh. Local bbq food stall right next to the hotel was very yummy too!

Serenity at Penh House”
Elegant room with charming atmosphere, highly recommend to stay here when going to Phnom Phen. The hotel is great comparing to the amount of money paid. The breaking is awesome with helpful staff, the only drawback is the swimming pool with too strong chlorine. Overall, it is the place where you can enjoy your stay in Cambodia with reasonable budget spending.

Jungle is not Penh”
Jungle addiction is a small hotel on the back of Penh. You have to take the garage to reach it. The rooms although clean, have a strange smell and some are just by the street. The pool was dirty, mainly due to the tree leaves but, it should be cleaned regularly. Bottom line, Penh Hotel should be fine but it feels more like a scam, linking both together, instead of selling both as independent hotels.

Two different hotels ”
They have two different hotels...the Penn House and the second being the Jungle addition hotel . They use the same images so you may not get what you expect. Worth checking which hotel/ building you are paying for. The Penn House is much more modern with the roof top pool. While the Jungle addition is around the back hidden away with a small ground floor pool. Nice hide away for couples. But the room in Jungle that we stayed in was nice and large...no issue with the room. It just got annoying going backwards and forwards for the buffet breakfast and not knowing where tour companies would pick you up from (main entrance at the Penn hotel or at the Jungle hotel?)

Just what we needed”
A place hidden in a street 10 min from the independance monument and a few more minutes from the riverside. The pool is enjoyable after a busy, hot day in Phnom Penh. The room was okay. It’s just what we needed for 3 days in the capital.

Promising new hotel ...”
Hotel is brand spanking new, which is nice. Some oddities though ... no desk chair in my room (brought in balcony chair to work at the desk), the electrical outlets are not universal (all my gadgets are UK plugs from Hong Kong, adapters at front desk), and the bathroom flooded when using the shower. All of these errors are common for SE Asia, so it's par for the course. Breakfast is not great, but I try to go to Khema when I'm in town for breakfast ... so not that big of a deal. Overall, a very decent hotel for the area, with a really great price.

Very good”
The hotel is very nice but the staff is not very helpful. The staff is not well trained and does not know how to wait on tables, make drinks, serve customers in restaurant and front desk. There was a private event one night which made it difficult to get into hotel because of cars parked blocking entrance and they had all tables reserved for party. This was unacceptable as a paying hotel guest we had no where to sit and dine. It was very uncomfortable to guests and we had to leave. The rooftop is what makes the hotel but it needs to be available to hotel guests and servers need to be trained. One staff member, Regina, should be recognized as exceptional. She was helpful, polite and attentive!

Stylish hotel with rooftop pool”
I stayed here for one night. The hotel was clean and modern. It also has a gym, which I didn't realize during the booking process, and which looked small but modern. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop pool - it has a nice view and since there are no trees surrounding it, you'll avoid the usual fight against mosquitoes. Another thing I didn't realize during the booking process: The jungle addition is in a separate part down the street. So if you want easy access to the nice rooftop pool, you'll need to select the non-jungle rooms.

Beautiful pool within the jungle addition. Another hotel, which belongs to jungle addition has a pool on top of the house, with amazing view
