Centrally located good hotel
location, price, easy to get too from MTR
Rooms need a bit of a spruce up looking tired in some areas like carpets etc. Breakfast was a big disappointment compared to previous stays with poor only warm food and very over cooked. Breakfast area very fragmented with food , coffee areas all in different rooms and poor selection with Asian foods.

Near to all PoI (Point of Interest)
Pleasant stay at this hotel, spacious room, fast internet (with few devices), good facilities in the room, near to MRT station (CityHall/Raffles). Value for money. But be careful when walk thru the lobby, the floor is not all flat, and the reception should know to not giving twin bed for a couple like us.

Overall it is ok although it could be better.
Check in and check out staff were friendly and efficient. The ground floor staff were helpful too. Convenient location to foods and public transports.
I did not stay inside the hotel most of the time. But, I found the room a little small for a 4-star hotel. The linens were not that clean - white towels looking a little black. The phone receptionist was not conversant in English and it was difficult to communicate to get help through phone conversation.

Love the location, given a great Marina Sands scenery. Will come back and will ask for the same room
