very helpful staff, thank you for letting us check in early! breakfast is excellent, room is very spacious and adequate for 3 people. Has a pub and a club in the building. Staff are very friendly and efficient. The driver was soooo helpful, what a good guy! Assisted us with all our touring questions - thank you!

New Years eve, They were playing loudly music with very high bass, it was vibrating the ceiling in our room, the manager said they can't turn the bass sound down, which asked them several times to turn bass down, Played all night until 5:00am The manager said we can move us at 12:00 midnight to another room which I was not on, They manager was ignorant all asked them to turn down or off the bass sound. The hotel was good and at a prime location hardly 12-20mins away from Mumbai airport. The breakfast buffet could have been better very less option offered. Secondly everything is chargeable.. even the basic stuff like ice cubes I have stayed in other 5 n 4 star hotels who provide all this complimentary. Even water they just kept a half litre bottle at least 1 liter should be offered. Toiletries you have to call for it in case anything is missing. If any new customer has checked in they should ensure that toiletries are in place. Over all an average hotel. Would recommend only if you have to stay close to the airport.. else there r better options

Good hotel, great location - view from the 6th floor was amazing ! Amenities were great too. Only upset with the service - staff didn't provide us bathrob , the room key didn't work - had to go down twice to call someone to help. Entered the room and the phone line was also dead - Lights in the room were flickering due to being faulty.

Service is good. Staff is good and understand better than management. Breakfast had limited option but it was good. Management needs to be professional which was a disappointment......

Mini fridge is very useful. Hotel food and room service is always available. Hotel is situated in a good location. You can get things easily. Cons. No ventilation as no windows. The bathroom doors were opened from sides, for anyone present in room can see you showering or doing things. Felt like a breach of privacy. We could hear other people from next room, so the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear the club music from your room which goes on till late at night .

Facilities are okay, but their services are too slow Had to call 3 times to receive a water bottle ordered together with dinner, finally received after around 4 hours Food menu is expensive, price shown is GST exclusive No one assisted to move luggages to room during check in, but they did when we checked out (looks like they wanted my rating) Front office staff was not friendly

Great Locations but Service can be better”
I booked the hotel for my parents. It took long time to check-in than expected as the hotel system was not working and front office executive didn't know the booking reference and there was no information available to him which was very uncomfortable though I have called them a couple of times hotel and informed about the booking done on Agoda. It should be avoided as my parents suffered and feel discomfort. The check-in process should be smooth. Apart from Check-in, everything else was good.
