Penshion Ressha House is a 10-minute walk from Furano Ski Resort. It offers simple rooms with a tea maker, most of which have shared bathrooms. Guests can find free WiFi throughout the property and free private parking available on site. Rooms at Furano’s Ressha House have wood floors. Toilets are shared. Guests can enjoy the garden. Coin-operated laundry machines are provided, while guest can find a free-use shared fridge, microwave and toaster on site. JR Furano Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. Furano Jinja shrine is about a 5-minute drive.

Good Location ”
This property has what you need and a good location near the Furano Resort Base area. The host wasn’t rude, but I also wouldn’t call him friendly. In a month of traveling Japan where people are so polite & kind this was the first stay where our host didn’t extend the welcome and gratitude we have experienced elsewhere. Everyone has a bad day, and perhaps the years of hosting foreigners has worn his patience. Check out is at 9:30 sharp! This is earlier than any where else we’ve stayed and without any communication from our host caught us by surprise.

Expected better for this price”
Half an hour walk from the train station, the pension's front sign was half in japanese, apart from the word House so had to guess it was that building. Staff efficient, very clean, basic amenities and simple room. Booked for a Japanese Style Economy Room and it was not until arrival when we were told it was not available, yet we paid for the full price and were downgraded to a regular Twin Room. I think this issue could have been notified in advance, and the price should have changed accordingly. They have coin laundry and dryer, toaster, microwave, chopsticks, forks, cups (no plates nor kitchen area) and the bathroom area downstairs both for men and women are equipped with a kind of nice and very warm jacuzzi.

The ceiling was high. Room was cozy. Toilet was not ensuite to the room but shower was. Room was nice for winter but doubt it will be comfy for summer. Side note toilet had no bidets . There is parking outside bur limited during peak season

Convenient Location With Very Basic Facilities”
A convenient location to serve as a base to visit the various farms in the Furano region and it is also near the town - 5 minutes drive. The rooms are not very big but serve the purpose as a place to sleep. Be wary if you have heavy luggage as some of the rooms will require you to climb up and down staircases. There are no private bathroom in the room but shared toilets and Japanese "public bath" facilities. There was only one power point in our room and we had to resort to using another power point outside our room to boil water and charge our phone!

It is a bit difficult to find as we were expecting to find a building which looks like hotel but it turn out to be a very ordinary house so it is find of difficult to spot. However, it is comfortable living there. But noted there are not much restaurants around and the room don't have individual washroom. Need to share the bathroom but one good thing is, there's a big bathtub to share. But it is kind of embarrassing tho because they dont have individual bathing area.

The House is located at the mountain slope. Its haveing a very good scenery view. We can enjoy a beautiful view through our room window. The living environment is very clean and tidy. We do enjoy our stay.

the place is not air-conditioned and not much room to move around. but it is clean and the check in process was easy. our room was upstairs so our luggages was a bit of a hassle. location wise, it was ok because we rented a car. there are petrol stations, restaurants and convenience stores within 5min of driving distance.

Cheap and good, very basic place for a good night sleep to freshen up and continue with traveling. Clean as well. Toilet is shared and is located at the basement. Best to have a car.

The pictures on Agoda only shows the good side of the hotel, other than that are nothing good at all. TV need to pay even more TV show, 100yen for 2hr. Check-out time is 9:30am, it's a shared bath room and toilet. More like a guest house. It limits user to use the bathroom, you can only use it from morning 6am to 8am and at night 4pm to 11pm. They provide a very lousy and low grade plastic kettle for guest to boil water. The cup looks dirty. The cabinet is dusty. The comforter looks old and dirty. Can hear next door noise when everyone pass by. Then door and the lock is not practical, there is no auto door lock, if you forget to close it and lock it, people can open the door accidentally (My gf worried when she changes clothes if forget to lock the door.)
