Alles nicht funktioniert”
Als ich am 23.08.2016 um 22.00 Uhr angekommen bin ( mit meiner 82-järigen Mutter!) war alles geschlossen und kein Anzeichen, dass hier noch jemand ist! Nach X-Maligen Anruf wurde mir von Besitzer gesagt, dass eine Einreise nur bis 20.00 Uhr möglich ist und keiner mehr da ist. Ihn hat überhaupt nicht interessiert, dass wir in einer fremden Stadt sind, kein Polnisch sprechen, kein Zugang zum Internet haben. Wir sollen uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen! Zum Glück ist da gleich noch ein Hotel, viel teurer, aber in unserer Situation haben wir kaum eine andere Wahl gehabt. Und heute bekomme ich eine Nachricht, dass meine Bestellung storniert ist und offensichtlich meine Karte belastet wird!!! Ich werde mich beschwerden!!!!
