Pepperclub hotel not to be sneezed at 😊”
Great location for downtown. Staff were amazing especially Avril. Breakfast was top notch , we changed rooms because of noise from next room . Rooms with adjoining doors are better avoided. We moved with no problem made all the difference. We lived this hotel right in the heart of town. Just be careful of long street you will understand what I mean. Love Cape Town and thanks all at Pepperclub hotel. Jim& Pam(Scottish-Canadian)

Awesome Stay ! ”
The hotel is amazing and located in a central location, however, it was very noisy and loud at night. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I was just unlucky as there was load shading in Cape town so there was several electricity cut throughout the day and the hotel generator just operates certain things. Breakfast menu is alright, nothing special about it. Its value for money and the rooms are spacious with the great table mountain and city view. Ill definitely consider staying there when i go back to Cape Town and I would recommend it to all my family and friends.

Amazing stay at the Pepperclub”
We had a great time staying at the Pepperclub. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and made our stay so enjoyable. The room was fantastic and our stay in Cape Town was as good as it was due to the hotel. Thank you Pepperclub

Very nice hotel with professional staff”
i've been to cape town to attend the conference at cticc. at first the reason i choose this hotel is due to full book of other hotels near cticc. but it was the best choice. it took just 15min on walk to cticc. furthermore they just upgraded my room to 2 bedroom studio. it was fantastic. i really recommend this hotel to anybody going to cape town for business.

Great City Hotel”
As a frequent visitor to Cape Town, I would never recommend anyone with families to stay in the city but it suited us for personal reasons to do so. The hotel is situated in a lively evening entertainment area so its very noisy and the base thumping of the music does penetrate the room, into the early hours of the morning. Also being 2 blocks from a Mosque we also heard the 5am call to prayer. However the hotel is beautifully decorated and the hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast has the usual options and is best described as sufficient. The secure FREE parking was great as there was direct access to the hotel reception. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms also worked very well. A nice plus is also the in-house movie theatre were you can choose from a list of movies. The staff were working on have sport matches screened, so if they've got that sorted its another plus.

Good business hotel in busy area”
The hotel is excellent for business travelers who want to be in the center of Cape Town and for people who like the busy, and noisy nightlife of Long Street, which is just around the corner. For people who want a quiet hotel then this is not an ideal choice between Thursday and Monday. Nevertheless, a very good hotel with friendly staff and very nice rooms.

Exceptional!!”
The hotel is perfectly located. The decor is beautiful. The staff and service is incredible. The room was spacious and beautifully laid out. All around- this is one of the best places to stay in Cape Town. The beach club and daily shuttle to Camps Bay is an amazing free extra. We loved this hotel! We’ll be back!!

Great experience. Lovely staff and breakfast is to die for.”
Wish the shower has a full door to avoid splashing when in use. It would've been nice to have some chairs and a table in the balcony so to better enjoy the view of Table Mountain specially during the night. Other than that, my only regret is to not have booked a longer stay in this beautiful hotel. Will definitely go back there (God willing) if I ever come back to Cape Town.

Midweek breakaway”
We made a last minute decision to celebrate my birthday in the mother-city. The Pepperclub Hotel went the extra mile to make our evening unforgettable. We received a delicious, well-presented birthday surprise which included delicious cupcakes and chocolate dipped-strawberries. Breakfast was included in the package and the buffet truly did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Central location. Excellent staff. Lovely room”
My stay at Pepperclub was absolutely superb. The hotel has excellent staff and the rooms are lovely. I enjoyed having a drink at the bar and the menu in the dining room was small, but very good. All in all a good experience. I requested a shuttle from the airport and this was confirmed the day before by email. This was a very nice touch. Taxis always readily available outside hotel, and very reasonably priced. I enjoyed the selection of newspapers and magazines that were replenished regularly. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Excellent”
My husband and I stayed at Pepperclub Hotel for 7 nights. Hotel staff were really polite and friendly, there were two staffs from Guest Relations (Charlene and AJ) which were very helpful and hence they made our trip enjoyable. We requested a room with Table Mountain view and the staff were accomodative to our request. Our room (1522A) were very clean and bed was really comfy. The only minor issue was the bathroom tub half glass wall divider that didnt serve it's purpose (supposedly to prevent the rain shower from spilling out) but the accumulated water spilled out anyway. As a result, everytime after shower the bathroom floor will be wet. Also, it can get very noisy at night especially Thur till Sat night as there are a few pubs nearby. If you are a light sleeper, you may get affected. Hotel buffet breakfast is good (although they served the same kind of menu everyday). They offer all kinds of coffee, and you are able to order the breakfast from the ala-carte menu as well.

Birthday celebration”
We had a wonderful stay-over to celebrate my wife's birthday. She was treated to a complimentary dessert with Happy Birthday wishes shortly after checking into our rooms. Staff is super friendly, facilities are great (rooftop pool, sauna, gym, cinema). We really had a great time at the Pepperclub Hotel.

A more authentic, upmarket Cape Town experience”
A friend recommended the Pepperclub to us and we didn’t regret taking up his recommendation. It is a stylish, well-maintained and run hotel in the heart of a lively and interesting area with many individual shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars yet it is close to all the major tourist sites. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and small, but well appointed gym with view over Table Mountain. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nice, but not a true Five Star”
This is a very nice, comfortable clean property. The staff are extremely courteous, amenable and friendly. But it’s the small attention to finer details that makes a five-star hotel, and that is where this hotel fails to make the grade. I realize that the water shortage in Cape Town May be responsible for some of these decisions, so keep this in mind while reading my critique. Our suite had a lovely large balcony. Great! But then there was no way to enjoy it, as there were no outdoor chairs or bistro table so we could enjoy a coffee while taking in the view. A distinct and significant oversight in my view. We had a kitchenette, and no way to make use of it. No plates or cutlery so no ability to make up a cheese & cracker tray so we might relax in room, so why a kitchenette at all? Next, a very scant allotment of less than luxurious towels. One scratchy towel per person, and one hand towel per couple? Conclusion? Yes, nice, but lacking true 5 ⭐️ distinction. 3 1/2 ⭐️ in my view

Good Hotel”
The Pepperclub is a good hotel, we enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony of Table mountain was great & the room was a very generous size. Having travelled over night we were hoping for an early checkin, that didn't happen & the room still wasn't ready when we returned after the published checkin time. The concierge was fantastic, very helpful whenever we spoke to them! The other issue we had was the morning we were checking out, house keeping banged on our door 4 or 5 times from 9am to 11am! A DND sign should be provided!!!
