Beautiful cottage .. many nice trails..
After a long drive.. what awaits you is the calm and enchanting trails...Beautiful rustic cabins.. We have gotten the spa cottage which comes with a Jacuzzi bath tub. Relaxing. No tv or WiFi in room which means to say. No disturbance..

Without a doubt the No.1 rated villa on Cradle Mountain
From the website it seems like the Spa Suite room had an individual jacuzzi facility but it was misleading... Would have expected basic kitchen amenities in the room since traveling out of cradle mountain can be a hassle with all the windy roads and wet terrain which can be quite dangerous. What I like about this lodge is that it is close to nature, surrounded by forest we get to see pademelons and wullabys day & night.

Everything was booked and reserved
Promoted SPA was all booked up and prices are way beyond of its it is worth. Quad tours listed on their ad are all booked up far in advance (they only have five quads!!!!). Restaurant charges as a 5-star resort, but quality is not that great. Cabin is about average and does not even have TV or internet. WiFi is only in the club house and was slower than my 4G on a cell phone. Oh, and do not bother if you need to check in at a later time, because your flight gets delayed or for any other reason - nobody will even answer a phone after 10 PM. Please do you research. I saw nearby places that are nice and you do not have to pay such a premium for I do not even know what services. Complete disappointment with this reservation, but we still had good times outside of this resort :)

fantastic location, just at the entry to cradle mountain national park
was disappointed that I was checked into a room that was not ready. though service recovery was made immediately, damage was done. however the coziness & comfort of the cabin, the sight of wild wallabies & a wombat at my window, made up for it.
