I stayed at the Perch for 7 days, the room is fine, the staffs are very nice, especially the manager Mr. Alok, nice and kind man, always ready to help you.

Staff and room design
Loved my stay here - the staff is justy so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Had a little bit of trouble findign the place initially, but was worth it. It has a friendly and almost home like feel, with no unnecessary formalities. Its a super experience if you want a low maintenance and flexible stay. Rooms were unusually large with kitchens etc. But maybe not for people used to luxury hotels, as the gym and concierege are not that standard.

Very Very comfortable and value for money”
Value for money, Good home made food essential for long term stays. better alternative than hotels for families travelling together
We were a family of 5 adults visiting NCR to meet relatives and shopping for 5 days. The Perch apartment is a wonderful alternative to hotels. The feeling of dining together privately in a living room away from home after a hectic day was wonderful. We ordered dinner from the kitchen everyday rather than eating out. the staff is very attentive and friendly. High speed wi-fi is the icing on the cake. The price is reasonable and much more value for money if travelling in group of 4 or more people. Public transport is not accessible and be ready to order a cab if not travelling with your own car. A very comfortable stay.

Staff and ambience
Travelling often to Gurgaon for work, this was an on the spur decision. But it turned out well - very good staff and quiet location. Only flip side is that there is no public transport to the metro. Other than that - good!

Nichts, nichts, nichts
Als Einzelreisender habe ich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, also mit 2x Frühstück! Mein Fahrer schlief in seinem Wagen und erhielt am nächsten Morgen nicht einmal einen Tasse Tee! Ich bestellte schwarzen Tee mit 2 Toasts und einem Ei und erhielt Nescafe 2 Eier hartgekocht 4 Toasts. Kein Internetempfang!
