WIFI: living room Main wifi : perfectvilla, pass: perfectvilla / Basement backup WIFI: NICOLLET, pass: 0985027655 2- Taxi : book taxi using the local app for instant taxi arriving in 10/15 minutes using geo-localisation, NEED LOCAL THAI NUMBER: http://navigothailand.com/, make sure to book a strong car (fortuner) select "naviplus" car in the APP and provide taxi with villa GPS location :"Perfect Villa Samui". Villa is isolated up the mountain, situated in "poo Chaweng" 5 minutes drive up behind Tesco lotus mall. Vans less than 3.0 liters cannot drive up the steep road and walking up is a tough trecking. 3- Villa GPS location: type "perfect villa samui" on google map (we are at the end of the road just above Solar city) 4- Solar panel and green Electric back up: in case of power cut daytime, Solar panels + batteries cover the backup. Night time Batteries will take the relay in case of power cut, so do save power to get batteries last longer (24h). 5- Organic unscented Garden: lemon grass can be used for cooking or Aloe Vera for Skin care or detox 6- Electricity additional charge and Air-conditioning saving: electricity is an additional charge variable according you Air-conditioning use: 100thb or 200thb/day depending on your green print - Please switch off aircon when you leave the house then electricity charged is only 100thb/day - If you forget to switch off aircon then 200thb/day. Thank you to understand that perfect Villa promotes green spirit 7- Adjust to nature and bugs: At night sometimes at full moon harmless bugs are attracted by lights. If so close the living room terrace windows, reduce lights, use provided blockers or towel to seal the space under the windows. Ants might come if you leave food outside the fridge or in the floor.. a clean kitchen = less ants. 8 - Garbage & recycling for the good: Use the large black garbage outside to through regular garbage, less chance for ants. Use the plastic open container near the garbage to recycle glass, plastic bottles, cans. A green recycling for a good day and helps the nearby Thai family living from recycling they collect :) 9- Pool: Salt water system for better experience without chemical chlorine. for pool lights use the switch outside on the right wall (don't forget to turn it off when you go to bed please!). A pool cleaner comes once a week. However we suggest you use the net to remove the leaves every day or so to keep it clean for a better PH acidity. 10- Ceiling fans switch + remote control: Turn on living room ceiling Fans with the wall switch, left from kitchen, plus pressing the 2 remote controls to select power level from 1 to 3 (level 2 is usually good). Turn on the rooms ceiling fan with wall switch + remote control to monitor the fan speed from 30% to 70% power (40/50% is good at night) 11- walk carefully if wet around the pool: it can be slippery if wet, use the special floor carpets 12- keep cloth to dry inside the living room when you go: even with a blue sky rain can come fast and its tropical! 13- IMPORTANT Motorbike driving: is dangerous in Thailand, drive VERY carefully at 40km/h max USE helmets please.. or rent a car to be safe. We insist: drive slowly and carefully don't waist your holiday going to the hospital!
