"perfect location for kicking back and watching the kids from our room window. There wasn't a great deal of snow happening until the day we left and the lifts weren't open properly on the ski fields. Food was spot on, service was perfect staff very welcoming and friendly. The old oil heaters weren't crazy warm, they never are though."

"We had a great time at Swagman. John was very generous with his rides to and fro the chalet, we didn't mind the comfortable walk to every now and then either. Food was delicious, coffee and tea are always available, great lounge room with TVs, board games, pool tables and DVDs. Everything was provided for, except that the rooms were a bit cramped with not much space to store luggages. Would definitely come back and recommend others to stay here!"
