Special Experience
We stay in tree house for a night. The unit we stay is not in best and seem new in condition yet all are clean. Like the waterfall water pool. During our stay, the tree house next to us is under construction. I was waken up in morning when they start working. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Tree house
Stayed at tree house for 2 days 1 night, very comfortable and relaxing. Tree house is clean and well maintained. The in house jungle trek was fun and the second beach is a great spot for sunset. For travellers without car, shuttle van is available from kuching to cultural village and the resort is just 5 mins walk away.

Quiet, clean & in the jungle
The cabin is nice, located in the jungle with sound of crickets and insects. Really enjoyed the breakfast provided. The in room fridge and kettle provided was good. Now, for some negative comment. Living room was too small, with only a 5 seater sofa when what we booked was for 6 person (6 single beds). Some1 had to sit on the floor. The blanket provided was too thin (kids were shivering in the early hours). If this can be improve, our next stay here soon will be much more enjoyable.

Close to nature
We definitely got our share worth of exercise walking around the place. I would recommend Beach 1 to families with young children, Beach 2 has a steep rocky climb and the water has more rocks, wished I had known before making the trek over there. Beach 1 links to the private beach of Damai Puri Resort, so it's bigger. Visited the jungle pool, but it's nothing to scream about, the water was cold due to shady trees. I saw 2 squirrels in close quarters while my son insisted he saw a skunk, as he saw a black and white animal streaked past the trees. If he is right, it's a stink badger. The cabin that we stayed only has fans, but it was cooling. The children and I got a decent night sleep, but my husband got little sleep as the bed was too lumpy for him, he's used to staying in 4-5* hotels. We didn't get any towels in the cabin and they only provide soap, so luckily we came prepared. There were many activities with affordable fees but we didn't get to try as our stay was only a night and the children are still too young. Breakfast was decent but limited choices. I was expecting more for the price I paid, but the beach and the surroundings make up for it.
