everytime visit Purwakarta I prefer PERMATA HOTEL the bed is nice and the staffs are friendly.

Basic hotel in Purwakarta”

There are not so many hotel options to stay in Purwakarta. While it is not a lavish hotel, it does meet what a basic hotel should do. The room is clean, but the air within the room was a bit damp due to no window. The breakfast is indeed better than the other hotel in its class. The staff has done its best to serve us and we do thanks their effort.

it is a nice hotel with good location. price is cheap, not expensive.

Had to ask for everything. No drinking glasses. Only two bottles of drinking water about 100ml each. Two towels were about the only supplies besides the bed and a dressing table. Breakfast was very disappointing. No bread toaster. When asked the waiter pointed to a sandwich maker. How do you toast bread with a sandwich maker? No coffee was supplied. The waiter said coffee had to be purchased at the little mini market in the lobby. It was closed. To me it was the most horrible hotel I have stayed in. Two guests from Taiwan were also very unhappy. Three Indonesian guests were also very disappointed. One guest at breakfast commented. "What can you expect from an Indian hotel". I said nationality was not the problem. Either the boss thinks that travellers come and go without thinking that they may return or the staff playing with the finance.
