Small room but good service and strategic location”
the hotel is located at a strategic place and in the heart of chinatown whereby it is very easy to locate by visitors. in front of the hotel, there is the famous petaling street night market. food is easily accessible at nearby restaurants. the pudu raya bus teminal, lrt stations and commuter train station are about 0.5 km away from the hotel. the hotel room is comfortable, clean and safe. but sometimes will get disturbance from the outside of the room because the room is not sound-proof. the house keeping is very good.the service from the reception is excellent. overall, the hotel is good.

friendly petaling. shopping paradise”
1stly its a shopping paradise. near a temple, go there pray before u do anything. hotel staffs are friendly. meets all basic needs. budget good hotel to stay in. move around easy. about to zouk or travel by mrt that will probably cost less than. petaling street, extreme foot massage,, a china massage(jinggen), who is quite entertaining, and she using her heart to massage, she is skillful and professional to her job as a massage-er. she is kinda sad when its time to say gd bye.

stayed there several times, it really feels like home away from home place for me in malaysia. only 1 lrt(city train) station away from sentral station, no need to say its convenient location and surroundings again but there's one more point about this hotel every morning i enjoyed. elevated down out of bed to the 1 floor cafe to sip a cup of coffee looking down the live petaling street filled with various people was additional bonus staying there with affordable budget. no other place in kl to go for me!

Best Chinatown option!”
This hotel was a big surprise for us as previous reviews were quite grim but I am happy to report its now under new ownership and the hotel is being restored to its former glory. The staff are the best we've found anywhere in Malaysia and you quickly feel part of their extended family. Wifi was strong in the rooms we stayed in over a couple of visits. Filtered water is available on all the floors. There is a big balcony chill out area overlooking the heart of the Petaling st market! There is also a functioning lift. Honestly was the beat budget hotel around!

Perfect abode for the penny-pinching, unfussy solo traveller”
As the title says it succinctly, this hotel is very well-suited for solo travellers who do not mind less than ideal living conditions and sanitation. It's located right along the famously busy Petaling Street, which needs no introduction. Eateries and shops selling wares of all sorts abound in close proximity. Despite all this hive of activity however, it isn't as noisy inside the hotel as one might expect, and you can get a good night's rest here. Public transportation by LRT is less than half a kilometre's walk away, and with this station (Pasar Seni) being just one stop away from KL Sentral, you would be well-placed to travel to almost any major location within the Klang Valley fairly effortlessly and at minimal cost. Fares for the cheapest room typically cost no more than RM50 a night, sometimes much less, so the value proposition of this hotel is strong. The hotel is fairly clean, but don't expect too much here though. I have seen much worse before, so it is by no means awful.

The location is at Petaling street which is very business market till 11 PM. But it was not affected our stay and night sleep. Inside the hotel it was quiet and silent. Staff was friendly and rooms are neat enough. You cannot expect a luxury life inside the hotel , but is enough for a traveller who wish to just stash at night. Food courts are nearby. Bus station is near. To catch an online taxi the location is difficult and you have to walk out the street .

Friendly staff and good budget hotel”
Pleasant stay here. Walking in and out can be annoying because of the night market being so busy, late at night it was ok for me. Stairs only so if you're on the fourth floor be prepared. Rooms are spacious and clean, bathrooms recently renovated. First room had squeaky air con but reception offered to change my room immediately. New room was nice and worked. Occasional cockroach but being in Chinatown I'm not surprised. Just the little ones. For the price it was the best deal for a private room!

GOOD LOCATION”
PROS: -location is near train and bus station (Pasar Seni) -located in chinatown -walking distance to central market, festive walk, some temples, etc. -with balcony for smoking -with own toilet and bath (with hot water) CONS: -blanket is like curtain -bed is quite hard Overall, if you just need a place to sleep and shower, this place is enough and cheap. Some other reviews even mentioned that there were cockroaches, however, I didn't encounter them.

Affordable Hotel”
cheap and comfortable hotel to stay at. but there's one thing is missing. suggested to put a small fridge for a family room as kids love to drink and eat snack that are cold to be put in the fridge. the good thing about the hotel is that it is located at petaling street where foreigner and travellers love to shop there. affordable price to say.

Good Location”
room was considered big for the price we paid. but as there was no soundproof walls/doors, we could hear people walking along the corridor. better to request for a room further in to prevent such problem. clean enough room. good for those on a budget. hotel in the midst of chinatown with lots of eating places around. also within walking distances to 2 lrt stations.

kind staff and cozy feeling”
I've stayed at this hotel whenever I came to KL. As you know KL is hot and fummy city and from 2nd visit, you may not have more tourist attractions drawing your attention. Even though I've visited the city constantly travelling southeast asia and needed cozy place to take a rest, waiting for friends to come, for flight to other country or city. This hotel fulfulls everything I need both of atmosphere and affordability.

very fiendly staff.. cockaroches in room. ”
Staff were fiendly and smile. Location I great in center of Chinatown. Price is also cheap.. About 8€. Count to add 2€ extra on top of that for tourist tax.cDownside is no lift... Prison feeling.. And many cockaroches in room.. If they get in my bag and take them home all my home will be plagued. Very dangerous. I told reception.. Hopefully will take care of that issue.

Convenient location, clean but old”
I stayed in this hotel just for 2 nights. Pros: the hotel's location is very convenient: a transportation hub is very near and one can go to any destination from there: there are many attractions in a walking distance. My room was quiet and pretty clean, with new sanitary facilities. There weren't any cockroaches or bedbugs. Cons: bed linen and towels were clean but pretty worn out, and somewhat ugly. I'm not picky but I prefer to sleep on something I won't be afraid of. There was a discount with an appealing price, so I payed (about 1000 THB - or 27 USD - in total). I wouldn't pay the full price for a hotel like that. It was uneasy to find the hotel behind all those stalls, even with Google help... but may be it's just my thing.
