Horrible experience”
I booked one night and when I went to the hotel I can’t find it. The first time I used the hotel location on google map. But when I got there, there is no sign of this hotel at all. Then I opened the Agoda app, I used the location there to navigate. After I arrived the pin location, to my confusion, it’s an open field and wild place without any buildings there. It took me two hours to located the hotel but failed eventually. I called hotel several times but nobody answered. At that time It’s 9 pm already. I desperately want to get a hotel nearby as I have two tired kids want to sleep. So I stayed at another hotel instead and wasted my money on this hotel. Not recommend!

The hotel was not far from the train station, like 10 minutes walk. However, the problem was they do not speak a word of English. It took us like half an hour to make the receptionist understand that we booked through Agoda and we had already paid. She sent us to another hotel and they sent us back to this one, and finally we used google translator to h
