Old World in Modern Moscow”
We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The conscierge was more than helpful. She went out of her way to organise things for us and gave us directions to places. The hotel is old and this can be seen in it's decor, which is very charming. This helped give an expectation of old world service. We will stay in this hotel again when we return to Moscow.
Have been there already 10year ago, still great. Perfect location in center of Moscow. Quite, have all service you need and affordable. will return there anytime
My Impression on the Nevsky Grand Hotel”
Generally speaking, the Nevsky Grand Hotel is very nice hotel to stay. In fact, I visited St. Petersburg three times already, and this was the second time to have chosen the Nevsky Grand Hotel and I like it very much. I feel at ease when I stay there. The people working there are very friendly and ready to help you. My first hotel had far less quality in both facilities and service and was much more expensive. I will choose to stay in Nevsky Grand Hotel again in my next visit to St. Petersburg.
heavy construction works”
the hotel is very well located, the staff is efficient and the place is clean. It is an old fashioned chic hotel, very charming. I would recommend it but.... the entire street is being heavily reworked and the construction workers work very late at night. I had a room on the street, so the night was short even with ear plugs. Anyway, I was not there to sleep, but for those who need a good night of rest, this hotel may be for a later time when the street is repaired (i guess in a few months). To me, the hotel should warn clients about this inconvenience. It is not pleasant to discover the major street rework on arrival.
Convenient, good standard”
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location really good. Reasonable price for location and standard of hotel
Hotel was spotless, the bed was so comfy it was hard to get up. Nice swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. 10 min from red square. Food in hotel is superb with a huge breakfast selection. Will be back.
Good location, close to everything”
Good hotel, but not worth that money, can be better. Clean and big rooms. Very good location in city central. Friendly personal.
good hotel in an excellent location”
This is a good hotel in an excellent location. The staff is very helpful. Good breakfast and free internet connection. The only bad thing was the bed. It was very very soft. It might be OK if you are very young but my back is in pain. The hotel might have been a 5 star when it was open. I would say 4 stars. Still, very good value for money with Agoda.
We went there for business trip, the whole experience was superbly luxurious and world class. Location was good, city central. The price is expensive but worth your money. Highly recommended
Great location ”
Very nice hotel and the location was excellent. It’s an easy walk to Red Square/ Kremlin, the Bolshoi and lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel at centre of Moscow”
Nice hotel with good location and friendly staff. Definitely recommend to everyone
Good to stay!”
+ location (close to Bolshoi & Cafe street) + Spacious room + Professional staffs - no supermakets near
It was very nice. The location made it easy to get to Red Square and all the museums there. It was also easy to go to the ballet. The staff was very helpful and spoke English which was a plus for me.
Nice and quiet area. Clean room, great breakfast.
Good location, can walk to Red square”
It was very nice. We were provided a great support from staffs there for everything.
bad service at the front desk”
The room was big, but the shower nozzle is not good with little water out and the bathtub has stain which can not be removed and clean. Besides, the front desk staff are not nice at all when we try to ask for help.
Very easy to go to tour place by walk.
Except that the air conditioning is not very well functioning
Location top, staff friendly, room ok Bedding terrible, kitchen awful
