The location, value for money, helpfull staff
If stayed at the phachara suites on many occasions the staff are very helpfull and its in a great location. Good value for money!!

Fantastic Location
Very large room washer&dryer in room clean
Would definitely return. The rooms are huge & clean with kitchenette & front load washer & dryer which is great when traveling so convenient. Staff are pleasant & speak English quite well. Breakfast choice was good. Close to Nanna BTS. Walking distance to Terminal 21. Sio 8 next street great bars & eateries.Definitely worth the money & stay.

As long as the management keeps this place up to snuff it will be a great place to stay. Rooms are a nice size, clean and well appointed. It is conveniently located to the sky train and enough eateries to suit anyone s tast and budget.

Great stay for a day
Service, clean, location
As soon as you get to the hotel the service was great. They greeted you with a smile and though my room wasn't ready they made me welcome and nothing was a problem. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great central to everything in sukhumvit. Price and quality was great. Will stay again 100%.

Old/cheap bed in room 1701 with poor windows

If Phachara Suites would address a few problems/issues there hotels would be a better place to stay for visitors. Here is the list: 1) Update old and cheap windows to Thicker glassed double panel windows which are soundproof to keep rooms quiet at night from outside noise. Noise from bird that goes off all night long and early morning along with noise from bars around Nana Plaza come right through the windows at night. Whether they are open or closed there is not much difference to be felt. 2) Doors need better sound insulation around sides so noise from hallway does not come right into rooms. This could be from noisy guests or noisy staff chatting in hallway early in the morning or late at night. 3) The wifi routers are old and outdated. They are very slow with poor wifi reception. You literally have to stand by the door to get reception. 4) The bed in room 1701 is old and made of poor quality as well. Very cheap and low quality bed put in that room. Management should replace beds with newer and more comfortable beds. 5) Toilet is a horrible toilet in room 1701. You need to flush and hold it until it flushes. They have better toilets out there. 6) Staff need to be reminded to whisper late at night and early in the morning in front of guest rooms. They decided to fix the elevator around 11:30 pm and it was really noisy as the guys fixing it were chatting with hotel staff in lobby as if they were in an open farm field with no consideration for guests sleeping or resting in their room. About 2 other people opened their doors and yelled at them that night. With good management these issues can be addressed to make the hotel a better place but over the last three years these issues were never addressed.

Not worth the money
Location, location and checking out
Not good. The handle to the washing machine door, came off when the wife tried to open it.. The replaced the plastic handle, and charged me 1000 tbht, ridiculous.. I looked it up online, 150 tbht.. That's ok, I'll never stay there again, I'll never refer anyone there, and I'll blacklist it with the U.S. Embassy travel site in BKK.. Plus the staff are very unfriendly too, and the rooms are showing signs of wear & tear, a lack of good cleaning, upkeep and maintenance.. Many better places close by, for less.. Across the street is the Dynasty Grande, beautiful and great staff that all speak English and are friendly too.. Plus a great pool and fitness center.. My new place.. Good bye Phachara Suites...............

Nice hotel great location just of main bar areas

Our stay was great, the room we got was like an apartment complete with kitchen and laundry amenities. Hotel was clean snd staff were helpful. Though the are of Soi 6 tends to be flooded when it rains.
