Comfortable and clean value-for-money.”
Pros: near bus station. Ample car parking, with night watchman. 300 metres from Kalasin's only real westerner bar. Rooms are basic, but clean and spacious, with good aircon. Beds are quite comfortable, specially by Thai standards. Room has a goos size fridge. Cons: no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, but these are available at breakfast time, next to reception. No restaurant for breakfast.

Dirty room”
Dirty bed sheet and blanket. I saw a big spider web at the corner in my bedroom too.

Central, and value for money”
Very good: car park with night watchman. Central for bus station, western bar. Good: efficient reception (a little English spoken, easy check-in). 300m to 7-Eleven. Clean room with enough space. Fairly comfortable bed, good fridge. Good aircon (functioned properly on a cool night). Lifts/elevators worked well. Clean bathroom, but not the best design to separate shower space from toilet space. Very good value for money. Will stay again when I'm in Kalasin.

Comfortable hotel in Kalasin centre”
Good sized car park, with night watchman. Convenient for farang bar, "Scotts". Recepton staff have a tiny bit of English, but you can't expect more in a rural town in Isaan. Good, efficient air con. Clean, comfortable, but basic room.

Review”
I have been to over 50 hotels over the years within Thailand and this was the first time I felt not welcomed as a guest.

Confused”
the room was great, clean, spacey.
The hotel, the rooms are ok, only thing that i really didn't like, was the staff. They hardly interested if asked any question. Have to ask how i can find my room, They put a finger in the area of the elevator. well well. If you like you can get coffee, but absolutely no tea. Nobody explained anything, they only sit there with 4 people behind the desk. Its not possible to make some tea or coffee on your room. When i checked out i asked if they could call for an tuktuk. They couldnt find a number to call for. So i leave and within 10 minutes i found a tuktuk, driving me to the busstation. The most suprising thing: i booked a room for 1 night on the Agoda site. When i ask for booking 1 night extra at te reception of the hotel, i suddenly had to pay 150 bath more. They couldnt explain me for what reason, i mean it was the same room. So if you wanna book a room here, you better book online
