Great value and incredible location! ”
Dragon Hut was a little difficult to find at first but it's really worth staying here. If you're looking to get away from all the noise on Koh Phangan, then stay here! The beach is nice and quiet with delicious food options. And it's not too far from Chaloklum which arguably has some of the best dive shop on the island (check out the Dive Inn). Hope you love it as much as we did!

The boss Ron was attentive and gave us an upgrade to a superior bungalow. The beach is a bit of a steep climb down but worth it. Dragon Hut Resort is a walk away from Mae Haad and Haad Yeo - noiser and busier, so if you want quiet - even around the Full Moon Party... Go here!

This place is great!!”
Great place, hands down one of the best views on the island. The owner is great, understands English, and is super helpful and friendly. Food was higher than local places so I did not choose to eat there. dont worry though great food is not far away. Only real downside to this place is that the region is spread out and nothing is truly within walking distance, but that's the same as the super classy place its next to. Do yourself a favor and rent a motorbike. Mr Wung, the owner, rents them for 200 Thai baht a day. That's a deal, and you can trust the guy. Use the bike and explore, you don't even have to stay there to rent the bike. The rooms get wifi for free and are clean. There's bugs everywhere in Thailand so you might see some ants, but it happens even in the posh places, so don't fret about that. Open food attracts more ants so eat it and put it in the trash. We did the standard room that was like 22 before the taxes and like 27 after. We even booked another day right from him for 800 Thai. Pretty close to the same price after exchange rates. This was a fan room. No air con. That said. the breeze was great and the windows open to allow a real cool air flow to come in. A light blanket is needed at night as the fan and breeze do their jobs. The room is surprising big and has a nice bathroom, along with a front porch to relax and watch the sunset or just hangout and look out on the water. This place is the gem of phangan if your going to the north side of the island stay here you'll enjoy it.

Tranquil and beautiful location ”
Located in a beautiful setting, close to northwest beaches. The bungalows were very clean and quiet, amazing see and sunset views. The staff was beyond kind and welcoming, they went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, and I couldn't recommend them enough. Keep in mind thou, this accommodation is close to Haad Salad but not much anything else, so renting some sort of transportation is a must.

A hidden gem”
This was our last stop of our trip and what a fantastic place to end. We found this place on Agoda as everywhere on the main beach was full/expensive. It's a little 5-10minute trek from the main beach but it is brilliant. Completely secluded area with it's own beach. We were the only ones staying so the lovely owner just upgraded our room anyway. The view and sunset out of your room facing the sea is incredible, as was the service and our stay here. The owner even took us back to the port at a cheaper than the going rate price. Don't miss out on this one.

Decent price for a bungalow where you can hear the sound of the ocean”
You get a lot of value for your money and a nice bungalow close to the ocean. The resort is placed on a cliff-side and there is a bit of a walk to get to Salad beach and restaurants. The prices in the hotel restaurant are at least 2-3 times that of ordinary Thai restaurants. We had many ants in our bungalow and the water in the tap contained a lot of rust. A bit disappointed about the lack of presence of the staff when we were visiting.

Superb view, good attention, some caveats”
The view from the room cannot be better: just directly to the sea. The attention was good, and since it includes the breakfast, it was great too. The room cleaning was acceptable. Nevertheless, the location is not that good: is far from restaurants, groceries stores and even the main road, so you end up using the hotel's taxi service for everything (unless you rent a bike or something). Also our room had a problem with oxide/rusted plumbing so after we took a shower, we got some oxide on us. We didn't notice at first, but after sweating a while all our clothes got orange tinted by this.

Better than expected !!”
Is prettier, larger and more luxorious than on the online pictures. We had a suprinsingly nice stay. But we don’t recommend the small beach next to the hotel nor the hotel motor bikes. Anyways Thank you very much, we were really pleased.

Fantastic - clean, beautiful and friendly”
The owner is a friendly fellow, eager to help and speaks English very well. The surroundings are great, bikes for rent, close to beaches. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my trip and will definitely recommend to other travelers (and will be returning there myself)

Very stiff back ”
Stayed in no 3 bungalow. All good except for the bed. For us as a middle aged couple the bed was very hard like sleeping on concrete. Bookings with agoda many times & adof late none of the rooms we have booked have had blackout curtains or hair dryer & toiletries very spars. The owner was very pleasant. To far out the way for us. People with walking differculties don't go. No mention of this when booking.

Amazing view”
Bungalows are older style but functional and large. Hot water didn't work on arrival so they fixed it for us. Wide terrace on the ocean front was a big plus.

Very isolated”
The hotel is at the end of a long, sometimes sandy drive. Not much fun walking up it and tough on a motor bike - we saw one accident on it. Owner is very nice and friendly but really needs more staff. We waited an hour for breakfast and kept being told how busy he was. The room was fine but not cleaned until we asked and again were told the owner was too busy. Would not stay here again,

Great place, bungalows are nice and have a great view out on the water. Quiet beach that only a few properties access. Easy to get there by taxi or scooter. I'll be back!
