Great stay”
We stayed over Christmas and booked in big advance, so payed very reasonable price (£15/night or so). Everything was great, staff, our bungalow, swimming pool, beach, all place. Would definitely come back.

The room was very clean. Relaxed atmosphere and well serviced bungalow. After several stays here i feel like part of the family. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating... She name is Miew. I would recommend this bungalow.

Nice but the bar next to is loud”
Nice staff, good bungalow, pool refreshing, direct at the beach but the bar next to has music until 12pm and you can hear it loud in the room. To go to the city tuktuk for 100, scooter recommended.

This place was so great we returned for a second time. Really liked it here,the swimming pool is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the resort was lovely. You can rent a motorbike if you like or pick up , easy access to Haad Rin.

Not good value for that price”
Staff was friendly but not really motivated. We stayed there for three nights and the room was not cleaned once. We asked for toilet paper and they told us they had to buy it first... well we still didn't have it after 2 days and ended up buying it by ourselves. The room was okay but for the price you can find something better. There was no bed sheet but a towel for that :D it was way too small to cover 2 persons. The facilities were quite run-down, the cover of the toilet tank was missing and there was no other place to leave toilet paper or shower gel. Besides that the location is really nice and the pool was also in a good condition. Mind that there is no restaurant as in the description. If you thinking about going in that area I would try to find something different as the price is simply to high for what you get.

Well located and friendly staff”
The bungalows are clean and totally do the job if you don't stay long in anyway. They could have done a bit kit in terms of furniture and lighting, it's a bit cold the atmosphere with the neon light as the only source of light. No warm water but the water is not cold either. We were two friends who travelled and we like the place, the pool is nice too.

Horrendous hotel”
This place is one of the worst I've ever stayed in. Its located nextdoor to a club, the receptionist told us the music stopped at 11pm. It doesn't, it goes all night. The rooms are not cleaned daily. We had to plea for fresh towels. The staff were lazy. The shower was terrible.. you'd have an easier time washing in the sink. The room itself was like a jail cell. I feel the reviews and images on this hotel are misleading. So many lovely places to stay on this island... So do not stay here.

Were there during fullmoon so quite expensive for a hotel like this. Lovely poolarea with a beautiful view. ”Cold” and boring rooms, there was dirty towels left from the person before and a shirt also. The sheets were dirty so use a travelsheet. Nice location if you want to stay a bit away from the fullmoon but not too far

me and my friends stayed in different rooms, we all agreed this place was over priced which has no fridge, no drinking water, awful shower and the mattress springs sticking into the back. the worst thing was the bar next to this place has loud music till late at night.

Plancher de la salle de bain taché, pas de couvercle du réservoir de la toilette. On voyait dehors par les craques du plafond. Une simple grosse serviette comme couverture. Pas de frigidaire pas de safe pas de tele. Le lit tellement pas confortable, on sentait tout les ressorts. Le seul positif était que le restaurant a côté servait les meilleurs squid grillé que j'ai mangé de ma vie. Je demande de me faire rembourser.

Avantage : piscine et elle est en face de la plage Lit convenable , climatisation et ventilateur , eau chaud meme si faible débit. Inconvénient : pas de télévision, pas de frigo pas de restauration lors de notre séjour car fermée.Prennent une caution en liquide lors de l’entrée.pas de ménage quotidien ni changement de serviettes

Tres mal. Acceuil de la jeune fille de la maison essayant d excuser les defauts enormes de l hotel pas de restaurant, bruit infernal d un pseudo centre branche avec musique de 9h du matin a minuit et les basses qui resonnent dans le bungalow colle si on y etait, melodie en moins. Le pere s occupe tres bien du joli jardin, la mere passe sa joirnee a regarder la tele. Visite d un entrepreneur qui m a demande mon avis sur le cadre. Sans cette nuisance sonore, ca pourrait devenir un bel endroit. Minimum vital dans les bungalow (j etais pourtant dans le deluxe, surclasse, j imagine alors le reste). Literie Ui n a plus d age. Drap et couverture plus que douteux. Aucun menage fait pendant quatre jours. Ai demande remboursement de mon sejour a agoda qui m a d abord propose une reduction de 37%. J ai propose 50% accepte d emblee... Bref hotel a proscrire de vos idees de vacances. Pour le meme prix je suis maintenant au ko tao toscana, merveilleux hotel avec tout le confort, piascine, etc... Alors vraiment poirquoi hesiter. Allez plutot a koh tao ile magnifique. Cordialement. Salvatore.
