"This was our 5th stay in 3 months and sad to say....going downhill in areas. Towels are hard to use...smelly and worn thin, rooms nott being cleaned properly and mostly late everyday when you have return. Albeit the plave is gooddfor Phen, the staff try hard and the food has maintained its standards."
