Good location if you need to stop over but as it is right next to the main busy road,having a good sleep might be a challenge due to constant noisy from the vehicles.

Very nice and clean hotel on highway”

Very nice hotel, good and caring service. But too far from city, beaches and all other locations. It is good for take a rest during your long trip to (or from) southern provinces but not as good if you just want to stay in Cha-am. Food is not very tasty. But anyway it is quite good for it's low price.

Overall it was a bit disappointing. The hotel is some distance from Cha Am so you need a car. The wireless internet was hopeless and didn't work for most of our stay. Breakfast was below average. To call this a 'resort' and 'plaza' is at best aspirational. We opted for dinner one night, but it was over the weekend and they were busy. A beer came quickly but we then waited almost an hour before giving up and driving in to town; they were simply not staffed to deal with the numbers despite the fact that the restaurant was a lot less than full. Staff were at all times pleasant and approachable. The location is quiet (we had a room at the rear well away from the road), and our room was more than adequate and very clean.

hotel located on main the main road near Santorini park. 15 mins driving to the beach. They also offer free breakfast which you can choose either porridge or american breakfast. staff is very friendly. room is totally clean with the balcony and nice view (feild view)

Not even comfortable for a night stay!!!”

Ok first of all the location of this motel on the google map is wrong. Its around 300-350 meters before on the main highway that it shows on the google maps. We drove here from Phuket. A 8-9 hrs drive. We were very tired and needed a good sleep. We choosed a triple bed room. The beds are spring mattresses that are not comfortable at all. Springs really pinch you in you back. So not at all a good sleep!!! The reason we choosed to stay here was this vacinity is on the main highway. We would not have to waste 1 hr to go into the city. We would wake up in morning and head to our next destination. But the sleep was not good at all because of the mattresses. And we were restless in the next morning. Secondly they dont have any English board/name sighn on the highway. Only thai letters that a foreigner will not understand. So we had a lot of trouble in finding this location in night. Ok now the good part. The hotel staff was very nice and cooperative at their best. We had dinner and breakfast there. The food was good. Staff tryed to facilitate us all the ways possible. Hats off to them.

Good hotell beside the high way”

The location is just beside the high way. We have stopped for a night break when trave from south to Bangkok. The hotel is clean and have friendly personel.

The staff were very friendly but this is a motorway motel, basic! Very hard beds, stained sheets, aircon took 6 hours to cool the room and mosquitos were plentiful. Breakfast was Thai, fried rice or Jok with instant coffee but it was so cheap that to get breakfast at all was a bonus. The staff spoke very basic English as this is somewhere you’d stay to get a few hours sleep on a road trip.
