Nice enough”

This resort area was nice with lots of trees and plants around. It's right at the beach front, but there is no beach view from the rooms because there are restaurants blocking the view. You have a view from the restaurants though. There are lots of mosquitoes around, but not in the rooms. There is lots of construction going on, but it's not super noisy, and there is construction all around koh phi phi. The rooms are nice and very clean, but a bit old/damp. The ac unit works really well though so the dampness goes away once it is running. There is no mould on the walls or anything like that, and the shower and toilet work very well. The pool is very small and crowded, but the pool design is great for young kids, they really love it! The staff cleans the pool daily. It's a bit of a walk to a lot of the recommended restaurants, but there are restaurants closer by too. There were multiple big tour groups staying at this resort when we were there, so sometimes it seemed very crowded, almost like its own little town. Villa resort is right next door and less crowded, but it's right in the open, some cabins right in front of the walking path/road. Really open, but they have a beach view. Overall, Andaman Beach Resort was a good stay for us, we really liked it. We had read reviews and knew that the rooms and resort breakfasts on koh phi phi were not amazing so our expectations weren't super high. The staff was lovely and helpful and like kids. I'd stay here again if I was keen to stay in that area of koh phi phi (between long beach and the town center/pier).

Quiet brisk walk away from nightlife ”

This place was great! The smell people complain about is very clearly just the smell of the cleaning products they use. This place was so clean. Didn’t see a bug in the room the entire time. The best air conditioner I’ve had my whole trip. It is super quiet. Beds are comfortable. Shower is good. Pool is decent and well situated in front of the water. If you can handle about a 10 min walk from the pier and nightlife this is a great spot for you. It is also a short mild hike to long beach, and a bit harder/further of a hike to moo dee bay. So well situated for travel to other beaches on the island. I don’t really have any bad call outs for this place, it was really great for Koh Phi Phi island standards!

Great spot for families and those wanting to be a bit away from the hard party scene.”

Met by staff at the wharf and our luggage taken to the hotel for us, same when we departed. Good service. Check in easy and staff very helpful. Security seemed good. Our first room was comfortable and spacious but the drain at the back of the room was quite smelly. My wife asked for us to be moved. We ended up in a bungalow which was a bit older looking and small er but still quite spacious. The air conditioner in the bungalow was a bit noisy but kept the room cool. Pool was great and well used , the ladder was broken one evening but was repaired by the next morning. Towels for swimming available at reception at no charge. Included breakfast was great and a big plus for Phi Phi as most places did not have an included breakfast, view from the restaurant could have been taken off a post card. Half hour walk to Long-beach which was the best beach we found there for swimming. Short walk into the main shopping area and restaurants. Not too close to the party strip.

Perfect hotel”

It's very nice hotel in calm and nice place at the beach. The value for money is the best of all i tried in phi phi in same price range. Only thing i didnt like, that in our entire bangalow were only one POWER SUPPLY station and even the only AC was about 4meters away from our bad. Apart this, everything was absolutely amazing. The view from the restaurant worth millions. I would stay here again and 100% recommend to my friends.

Very nice garden. Good breakfast with choice of western and thai food. Hosts with attitude to massive turism hoewever very helpful - send us forgotten super to Krabi via boat!! Highly recommend this place on Phi Phi. All the rest was either trash or far away

Gorgeous location, comfortable rooms”

So close to the beach- lovely! Awesome and quiet aircon kept us fresh, staff were very helpful

Phi Phi Island is a dual personality place. For daytime, it's best to use the time to go on boating trips, or chillax in the pool or on the more touristy beach. At night, take yourself to the beach with all the nightclubs on it for serious beach parties; which, however, you will not hear from this hotel. This hotel is far enough from these parties that your sleep will not be disturbed.

Stay right on the Beach”

Located right on the beach (but most rooms are not sea view rooms). Overlooking breathtaking view of Andaman sea, beach and cliffs from the restaurant. Beach is not suitable for swimming due to parking of boats. Fifteen minutes walk from Ton Sai Pier. One person from hotel was there to receive guests and carry the luggage to the hotel. Same facility provided during check out, and I liked it. Fifteen minutes walk from all activity area. Lots of restaurant around with tempting sea food options. Hotel themselves organised local sightseeing tour by long-tail boat with reasonable charges (600 B) per person for full day tour (safety is concern if traveling with infants as sea is very rough sometimes). Swimming pool is beautiful and nicely maintained with warm water. Pool towel provided in room itself. Peaceful and far from any noise. Restaurant is for breakfast only and menu is ok. Good to stay with family.

Great Hotel - Reccommended - lovely staff”

Location - Beach front - staff are very helpful. Rooms lovely

stayed here twice now and would again. rooms are lovely (although it is reccommended that you stay in the new style 'block' rather than the huts.... much newer and more stylish. location is perfect, away from the hussle of phi phi bars and restaiurants but provides a beautioful 5 min walk in to the 'action'. located on the perfect side of the island for the beach and view. only shame is that the hotel have decided to cash in on the day tourists so every day you can expect boat loads of day guests who use the pool and take over the area. the restaurant puts on a buffet for these day guests so if you want lunch you have a choice of a buffet with the hoards or take a short walk where you have plenty of options. strangely the 'restaurant area' is closed in the evening so no choice of an evening meal here either, but again there is so many options within a few minutes, doestn really matter. still, very well priced and reccommended.

Nice place far enough from the music and night lig”

Close to beach. Far enough from the night life but short distance to go to the party places.

Good. Clean room and good service. Friendly personell always smiling and good service. Always helpfull. Close walk to the beach and no noise when evening comes. Short distance to go if u want to go to party places. Alot of places to eat and to hire boat etc for sightseeing. The swimming pool was ok and they had enough sunbeds and parasols. Some trees around the pool area aswell. Missed they didnt have a restaurant there only breakfast and lunsj buffes. The breakfast was ok nothing more but again close by there were places to eat. Also missed they didnt have a bar to order some refreshment but again close by u could buy refreshment. Not to mush on hotell but recomend to everyome to take a trip to phi phi island wonderful place where u dont get pulled all the time by sellers compared to phuket where i spent my first week. Perfect place for couples to have a vacation.

Ok for a night or two”

If you want a luxury resort book elsewhere, if you want somewhere to rest your head while you soak up Phi Phi island, the gorgeous location and beach then this is the place for you. The bathrooms need uograding, the beds not very comfortable and the pool temperature is way too warm but the beachfront location makes up for that

Quiet rooms and great service”

nice pool, quiet, helpful staff

We extended our stay by a night because we enjoyed being so close to all the action on Koh Phi Phi, but also having peace and quiet within the hotel. The pool was great too, as the ocean swimming near the hotel tended to be murky water. The front desk staff spoke good English and were helpful in booking tours and our onward travel.

Quiet Phi Phi Hotel”

Nice and quiet although a lot of day trips pull in here during the day and have lunch packages at the hotel. We stayed in a bungalow near the pool( towels available at the reception ) Nice pool lovely and warm and clean. It was quiet when we were there, a lot of bungalows used for 1, 2 nights so no problem with loungers or umberellas. We had breakfast, that was ok but a bit limited for choice, on a terrace overlooking the bay. All and all a pleasant stay . Luggage collected and returned to the ferry port for us .Please note there is no transport on Phi Phi and the hotel is at the far end of the resort. Only problems we found was a lack of daytime food (other than breakfast ) but there is a small cafe/coffee shop We were part of a family party in 3 bungalows all had very poor showers blocked heads being the problem. We complained and a staff member quickly solved this No fans in breakfast area can make it a hot experience at times with a lot of flies.

Good for a few days”

For a couple of days in phi phi you can't really go wrong. For those not looking to stay right in the middle of the party the location is good its 10 minute walk to all the bars but plenty of shops / restaurants you pass on the way. Walk the other way and you get a nice walk to long beach in 15 minutes (just a heads up this walk is quiet hilly and a lot of stepping stones) Or you can get a water taxi you'll be there in 4-5 minutes. The hotel itself is fine. Breakfast is your standard noodles/eggs/cakes. We stayed in a delux room which was spacious the bathroom was a little dated but had a large waterfall shower.

Some 10 minutes walk from the Phi Phi harbour. Hotel staff pick your luggage up at the pier and carries it on a wagon to the hotel. Our room was fine, well cleaned and no bugs/creatures inside. We even ad limited sea view from the porch. Beautiful view from the reastaurant/beach. The breakfast was ok with toast, omelet, sausages, fruit, juice and coffee. The pool area is nice.
