Wonderful professional ”
First off is logistics know how. With bags, call the hotel. About 20 minutes walk from ferry boat. Take the shore for short time. No taxis anywhere. Restaurants close by. Small boat for snorkeling try the one closest to hotel nearby the shore on the corner. Was 1200 baht for three hours and boat can pick you this hotel. The room was very clean with fresh flowers. The staff is amazing and great folk. Highly recommend here.

The resort is aptly located in South of Phi phi. its away from partying streets and nightlife, so you can have a good sleep without disturbance. The walk to town (to most eateries/clubs) is just 10-15 mins. The views are great , the food at the beachfront restaurant is great, and its a very family friendly place. The rooms can be a little walk up the hill, but that shouldn't be an inconvenience. The rooms are big, and the terrace and views from the terrace are amazing. 1 thing that was disappointing- They told us there will be a boat to the Ton Sai pier (for ferry to Phuket) in the morning, but we had to walk from the hotel to the pier (our luggage was taken by the hotel staff). The hotel staff should let the guests know the actual situation, so that we would know that it will be a 25 min walk to the pier instead of the boat ride. The staff can definitely be more hospitable.

Hidden paradise ”
If you are staying on Phi Phi island there is no better place to stay.... sure there are fancier hotels in the premium class but you won’t be able to access those by walk and you will end up isolated from the island.... bay view gives you the unique opportunity to be away from the busy center and yet in a walking distance with a beautiful beach... surely as any place there are advantages and disadvantages but we truly believe the disadvantage are insignificant. The staff especially Marvin is one of the best hotel managers I came across! He is very receptive and will try and help you with any questions you have. If we ever return to home Phi Phi this is the place we will stay.

Super resort if you like walking”
As the title says for me I like have to walk a little to the central phi phi day/nightlife. It’s not a far walk about 10 mins but the quietness at night pays off for it when you return home. You could hear a pin drop it’s so quiet. I stayed on this island in 2006 and I was gob smacked at how this island has evolved over 12 years. McDonalds is now here! Back to the hotel review; we got picked up directly from the pier in a long tail boat for free, they had reps with the resort banners so look for them; rooms are excellent and particularly our room with the amazing view of phi phi lay it’s A106. Shower was good with the usual amenities, safe included and easy to use. Balcony’s are spacious enough and two other couples with us, joined our balcony for few beers. Breakfast was decent, wouldn’t say it was amazing. Eggs/Omelettes are made to order which is great as last place I stayed didn’t have this. Brown soda bread toasted was great, recommend that. Didn’t try coffee or tea as I brought my own Rooibos tea bags from home, knew they wouldn’t have them in Thailand. Bacon didn’t look great and one day they replaced bacon with onion rings, ha! Used laundry service just along the beach at the resort restaurant 60baht/kg, takes one day. They won’t send it to your room you need to pay in advance and pick up from them. Apart from that no problems. They also rent snorkels and fins for 100baht/day which can save you buying from the street vendors for 250 baht (don’t pay more than that unless your in a professional dive shop). Overall great place to stay just

Can’t fault much of this place at all only that it’s a little walk (5 min) to the restaurants. Amazing views over the bay I got room A106. You could hear a pin drop in the evenings here very quiet for relaxing. Didn’t think I’d go back to Phi phi as it was my fourth time but would definitely go back to this place for two weeks R&R given the chance. Stayed 4 nights. Sick for one of the days but my bed had amazing view out the window which helped.

My second time to stay here. Still a great location, beatiful, on the quite side, but still walking distance to centre. Only dissapointed to see the pool neglected with the surface tiles all loose and coming off.( It will be great if you can fix this ) Rooms are great with beatifull views. Will come back again.

Very good hotel. Comfortable bungalows in a very nice zone of the island, just 10 minutes walking from the "city center", perfect for people who want calm but not completely isolated place. The manager of the hotel, Chalong, will do everything to make your experience as smooth as the hotel can do.

Wonderful and amazing view from my room. Resort area is big and quite far walking on the hill to/from the centre town. Great breakfast with many choices. Recommended to buy a half or day trip at tour counter at the hotel. Excellent services and price!

Best resort around , great location amongst resorts with private beach . 15 min walking to long beach . And 10 min walk to main party areas and all the happening areas of town . Great rooms and great cafe and room service . 10/10

Excellent Resort but disapointing Pool”
We had an amazing view room with a King Size bed. The staff are awesome very friendly and always trying. We were disappointed with the pool and there was no massages. We also had to ask to have our room cleaned and she never cleaned the bathroom. Andy and Lori Rapp Kelowna, BC Canada

The resort has an amazing location. At the moment the resort has just opened and most facilities like the pool bar, sunset bar, water activities are not operational. Breakfast was very basic, but the staff were amazing. Very attentive. I hope this resort can get back to it's former glory as Covid has taken it's toll.

Helpful and nice staff. Good food. Swimming pool in a poor condition, but you will not need it because of very nice, peaceful beach.
