Beautiful view”
Early morning from the sea front is the best you can ask for. It's like having ur own personal beach. Room No.1 or any amongst the first row to go for.

Amazing views with the Superior Sea Front Bungalow!”
Great location, close walk to everything. The music is noticeable until 2 but not really a problem, bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. The room is bare bones, but the patio and views are amazing! The pool views are awesome as well but the pool was pretty murky the whole time we were there. Breakfast on their deck is wonderful and the staff was very helpful.

Lovely sea view”
Although I'd only booked at about 2am the morning I arrived, there was someone to meet me off the ferry from Phuket, which was appreciated, as, although the hotel is only fifteen minutes walk from the dock, it would have been a bit difficult to find it first time. I paid a premium for a seaview, and it was well worth it. I was happy to sit on the balcony during the day, though not in the evening due to the 'music' from a hotel on the beach. Although only a few minutes walk from the busy centre of Phi Phi, it is in quite a quiet area. It's a few minutes walk from the beach, where there is a massage place and someone who rents out long-tail boats for a trip round the next island. There's also a shop and someone who will do your laundry nearby.

Thank you sir, wish you come back next holiday.
Very good”
Had a superior seafront room for 4 nights stunning views but room still quite basic. Staff friendly and kept the rooms clean. Very noisy on the front with music blasting out at a ridiculous volume from the beach clubs. Start from 8pm-2am. Didn’t really affect our stay as we were out till after 2am most nights, but we did try and have one early night and couldn’t sleep even with ear plugs in.

So loud from the nearby club that the experience was awful. ”
Pros: if you get the right room, there is a great view of the beach. However the room is near the literal rave that occurs every single night 300 feet away on the beach, and the windows don't block any of the sound. I had to play music in my noise isolating earbuds to be able to go to sleep. The music goes until 2am or something. Overall the location is on the outskirts of town, on the north end by the roudy bar area. The southern part of the town has nicer and quieter resorts, which is where we should have stayed. This room is overall very overpriced for the quality of the experience.

Awesome View with Annoying Dogs”
The view from the hotel Bar/ Lounge area is spectacular. You can spend your whole day there staring at the beautiful landscape. Make sure the floor is not broken under your chair. The seaview rooms have the same view. Rooms are clean. The problem is the pet dogs of hotel owner/supervisor. If you scared of dogs, this hotel can be a nightmare. Hotels staffs seemed to prefer their dogs over guest comfort. Hotel facilities are also very basic.

Amazing location, not so great place.”
This was the most expensive room we booked on our 1 month trip to Thailand and unfortunately it was the worse, but it was cheapish for normal standards (£18 a night). Probably cheaper and nicer rooms on the island. Photos are misleading, photos did not match the room we were given. The views were stunning however the whole resort needed some much needed TLC. Rooms very damp, and dark. Staff were nice, but quiet. Towels and water given everyday which was nice, rooms were not cleaned or bedding made in the time we were there.

Ok value for the cost”
Thank goodness staff was there to assist with luggage at the dock. We would have been lost and frustrated without assistance. The hotel views were excellent. The room smelled like sewer the whole time. Thankful staff at the bare minimum changed the towels, gave us bottles of water and an extra roll of toilet paper. Our room was never swept the entire trip. If noise bothers you, this isnt the place for you. The bars on the beach were super loud at night and echoed to our side of the beach. Every time we asked for directions tack on another 20-30 mins.

Good for the Party troopers”
We spent quite a bit booking this place and it was way too basic for the money spent. It's just nice for a night especially since its near to Ao Lo Dalam Beach (like a 5 min walk) where the main parties happen at night. You can hear and see the party scenes from the room itself. Other than that, the staff were just ok, there was a seafront restaurant but we didnt see much activity there. We went out during the day, then again out for dinner, partied, came back and slept. Stay if you can get it at a budget.

Acceptable”
We had lots of ants in our room and centipedes in our bathroom everyday. The location was beautiful a nice view of the ocean but the staff was never around to help when we needed.

Not worth it”
The hotel is quite far from the pier and the centre. The pool in the pictures was full of dirty water, so no go for a swim. The place is slowly opening after the pandemic, so the facilities declared are not available (as of beginning of May). The Wi-Fi was not working in the rooms (we were informed that it is being fixed). The impression was, that the place suffered from lack of tourist and now tries to reopen, sadly without being really ready to reopen. Also, by booking with Agoda - the rooms offered are mostly with fans only (we have not noticed). The AC was available for additional 300TBH (quite unreasonable price). Counting the room rate + AC price together you will get the price of much better places to stay (closer, cleaner and with working facilities).

Worest experience ever”
The only thing I like is the boy who picked up and dropped to the pier with our luggages. Everything else is worse ever. The rooms were full of bugs, lock doesn't work, broken shower, poor WiFi, no trash bin in the room, even they didn't provide any room service. We stayed for 2 nights. It was suffocating. It seems they don't want to be in the business anymore.

Hello sir, I’m sorry that your family had the worst memories. I do my best to implove the property. And I already checked as you said as following. 1. Full of bugs: no bug indeed, it might be your kids opened the door at night time. 2. Lock doesn’t work: It’s no problem can lock normally. 3. Broken shower: We changed shower head. 4. Poor WiFi: The technician will come to upgrade speed. 5. No trash bin in the room: I wonder you didn’t see these, 3 trashes for a room, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the bedroom, and the other one at terrace. 6. Room service: Go to front desk and ask to make the room.
Very run down and dirty. Would not recommend.”
I was very disappointed with my stay here. The accommodation was very run down and dirty, it looked almost as if it wasn't in use anymore. The pool looked filthy we didn't even go in to it. After our first night we asked could we move rooms due to all the ants in our bedroom. We woke up after our second night with bed bug bites. I could not wait to leave !

Great Location, Amazing Views & Clean Rooms”
The bungalows are a fair walk from the main part of Phi Phi (about 15 mins) but it is nice to be away from the "hustle"of it all. We had a "Sea View Bungalow"and it is worth the extra $ (hardly expensive anyway!) we had an amazing view of the ocean and all across Phi Phi which was only slightly restricted by trees. Alot of comments on this hotel when booking was that it was very loud, Phi Phi is a party island so you have to expect it and the music comes straight across the ocean, however a good set of earplugs or sleeping with some earphones in will ensure a peaceful nights sleep, neither my partner or I had any difficulty sleeping. The music stops around 3am. The staff are friendly, their english isnt great but they understand what you are saying, the food in the restaurant is really yum and cheap and the Free Wifi in the main area is also a good selling point. All in all for the price we paid we had an excellent stay there. My only complaint would be that there is no hot water service avaliable.

Lovely hut on the rocks. ”
With a pace like phi phi you do not need a 5 * room and this is not. You are 2 mins away from the beach ;) in the day you can chill out at the bars and by night you have a mad night off raving and till 5 am. So if you look for fun and a 2* hut your in the right place. I was here of 10 days and by the end god i needed sleep because you will not get any here.

Charming rezort with friendly staff, renovated bungalows with nice architectural touch. ”
Cude pool was favourite place of our 8-year old daughter. If you are night owl and night life lover, this is the right place to stay. For others it might be a bit noisy because you will hear all parties in town. As they are ending at 2 hours at night is not that bad. Nobody comes to Phi Phi and expect geriatric centre:))

cool little beach bugalows”
the staff were wonderful. great breakfasts and lunch foods. the view from the wateredge bungalows were mostly blocked by large trees but were situated nicely for privacy as best could be. the management did there part in daily cleaning of there grounds, which is 100% better than the rest of phi phi. bring industrial ear plugs for sleeping as the beach bars play loud bass induced crap veery late.

Very good”
Phi Phi Cozy is good for couples or singles (adults). Its not good for families with children since its on a hill with uneven surfaces and very difficult to access with a child and/or a stroller. The rooms are pretty old design and not contemporary style. The resort is very close to the Au Dalam beach (5 min walk) which is a party beach with late night parties and "LOUD" music and activities which causes disturbance if you are a family with children. But, as I have mentioned above, for adults this is a plus point, especially if you are a party animal. The good part is: the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They attended to all of our requests. We were even allowed a late check-out. Long tail boats are for hire within 5 min walking distance. They also have a good restaurant with a good chef who can cook really yummy food. And finally, KILLER VIEWS!!!!! We had an ocean front room and we sat in the front porch watching the sun set and we got up watching sun rise lying in bed!!!
