Great value for money”
I originally booked at Phi Phi Dream for 4 nights, but ended up prolonging my stay for 2 more nights. The property description is very honest : it is not a luxury place, but it is the best value for money on the island. Clean private room with 2 single beds (comfy enough), a fan (or A/C ), private bathroom, and I even had a little table right outside my room. It is pretty close to the main area, but not so close that the party noise ruins your nights; and it’s right next to the stairs to the viewpoint. If you have an issue with the room (like a bit smelly in the bathroom after heavy rain), just tell the owner or staff, and they’ll sort it out. The staff was super helpful, I booked a tour through them and it all went really smoothly. I recommend the place if you’re looking for a quiet, cheap accommodation; for me, it was perfect.

The most important thing here is the price and the staff. 10/10! If you stay here you could get 50% disscount on Maya Bay trips so that is that best of this place. They have the best price for excursions and tickets. The bad side, the bathroom is real too smal but is ok.

Quiet place near the busy Phi Phi life”
I chose this as I didn't want to be anywhere noisy but still central and cheap. The place is basic but had everything that I needed. It's right by the steps to the Phi Phi Viewpoint and not far to the beach and restaurants, bars and around 10mins to the pier. It was a shame that the room next to me was really loud and had like a mini party going on, which I have found mega disrespectful as there are signs in the guesthouse saying this isn't allowed. Not the hotels fault. Make sure to get a room with AC otherwise I can get really hot.

NEGATIVES -no toilet roll, I understand that they want to keep costs low but I would atleast expect toilet roll -shower was extremely small -walls paper thin, could hear any move the neighbours made POSITIVES -room like the pictures -fan kept us cool, no need for aircon Overall okay for a few nights but would not be ideal for a long stay

Validate room and washroom before accepting”
The location of property is good, close to loh daulm beach, around 5-7 min walk. It is round 10-15 min walk from tonsai pier. The room size is really very small, I would not recommend to book non-AC room. There is no scope of ventilation and you will end up paying extra 100 bahts for AC. We had 2 nights booked at this hotel, of which 1 night we were given road side facing last room. The room was unclean and washroom was very stinky. After complaining, receptionist asked some cleaning guy to clean the washroom but that did not make any difference. There were also many mosquitoes. After complaining again, she gave us another room which interior facing. That room was good. So you should validate the room before taking. Do not compromise if the washroom is stinking, it will bother you whole night. Receptionist is not hospitable.

I had a basic aircon room, but I had almost nothing beside that, except for a tv and an old safe with padlock on it since the combination lock didn't work anymore. No fridge, no water kettle, glass, not even shampoo or soap. I haven't got this little for my money anywh er e in South East Asia in the last 2 decades. And the room cost more, than most where I stayed gain in South East Asia.

Staff really rude. We had to change accomodation for the air cond. Room and the receptionist wasnt really nice when the electricity went 2times down. No water no light no air condition she said you can go back to harmony house they have generator. This is very cheap room so...is this really normal attitude to the guests? I dont think so. Room was small but clean. Nothing where you can put your clothes. No table or closet. Very small bathroom. But ok for 2 nights. No food and alcohol. No party no guests. Strict rules!! And wifi on the room not working at all! Incredibely slow or not working. If my boyfriend doesnt have thai simcard we dont have any chance to do sth. So it is up to you. Plus far away to the sea or to the center. You have to walk and walk...

The lady in the reception super rude ”
When I checked in the aircon didn’t work when I told the lady in the reception she was so angry at like if I was the one who did it , then I was going to eat after u checked in she asked me to wait for the electrician for 30 minutes to stay with him while he will be fixing it I told her I need to eat first she told me if he came and I wasn’t in the room it’s not her problem! Later at night I asked her for the price to go from phi phi to ao nang she told me it is 350 THB I asked her to book for me she asked me to come back after 15 minutes when I came back she closed the reception and left already !! The next day she denied that she told me the price was 350 THB and asked for 400 THB then she got grumpy again and said ok 350 THB but don’t bother me again !!

I've stayed on the island many times now and have stayed in the best and worst phi phi has to offer. Phi Phi dream has to be up there with the beat. Its clean. Great team of staff. From the cleaners up to the owners. Great people. Rooms are cleaned every day. Rare for phi phi. Great to cone back to a fresh room after the beach. The hotel is located far enough away from the partybarea and beach to get a good sleep. I will definitely be back. Great placebrun by great people at a bargain price. Great work.

This was my second stay at Phi Phi dream, it's 5 mins walk from the busy bars but just enough away that it's quiet. The rooms are very secure so your belongings are safe, the staff speak fantastic English and are so friendly. Room is cleaned every day. Great place. I will always try to stay here when I return to Phi Phi island.

Been traveling around for a few weeks and Phi Phi Dream was one of our favorite places. It was comfortable, clean, and a great location considering that everything is walking distance. It is away from all the noise and craziness of town at night. It does have the smell at times but we smelled it throughout town. Keep the bathroom door closed and it helps!

Phi phi dream was amazing. The room was small and the smell is pretty rank in the bathroom but with the door closed and a small air freshener it was fine! Close to the beach and the staff were great. Decent price too! We loved our time there. Would 100% stay there again! Booked a long tail boat tour through them and ended up being sick so they let us have a refund even though it was supposed to be non refundable. Ended up booking it for another day anyway and it was awesome! Will definitely be back. Only weird thing was the power kept going out but that was an island issue.
