Met so many great people here, everyone was friendly, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay great. It's close to the party, but also far enough for some quiet time. The staff really were something special, they really took care of us, so friendly. Plus free coffee, sometimes there was also food (some of the best I've had in thailand). They only have rooms dorms though, but if that's not issue you should stay here.

Green Hill Resort is a very amazing place, with authentic island climate and very friendly atmosphere. I'd like to thank the staff and management those made our 10 days staying full of enjoy and pleasure. Next time we'll come to Phi Phi we definitely stay at Green Hill Resort!

Good Place to enjoy the Island”
We spent 3 nights at the Location in the Deluxe Room. The place is located 5 Minutes walk from the Party area. Not all Deluxe House have a Beach View! The Reception Lady was super friendly and helpful, she even carried the Luggage for us and solved all problems very quick! We had no mosquitoes in our room. Bed was comfortable. We did not used TV. Bathroom was separate and big size with hot water.

I’m Thai solo traveling. I had a booking for a night and the location is not as bad as in others reviews. However Phi phi island is not too big so you can go through by walking. The staff named P’Nut was very helpful. Would love to go there again! Thank you very much ka

This place was really good for value of money, cleanliness and the air con! The bungalow was really clean, had a tv and air con. Showers were luke warm though and breakfast is just fried or scrambled eggs with toast and coffee. Not too bad though. You're right next to the viewpoint which is about 10 mins up the hill ( follow the signs). And you're about 5 ish minutes from the main street. It's up a wee hill but that wasn't too difficult for us. You are away from all the noise and you walk past locals which I appreciated. It was one of our favourite places on our trip!

Great Quiet Budget Bungalows ”
AC worked well, super helpful staff. Away from town center - peaceful- and not far to walk to the town center. There are a lot of stairs and the road has to the hotel has one 300 meter steep incline. Fine for me, nearing 60 years old, but in ten years from now, possibly too much. I left my daughter and luggage down at the pier and hotel staff brought everything up with a push cart. Arrange for the pushcart in advance if you have a few things to carry. I had two small pugs, two teenagers and too many bags to manage on my own. They helped us back to the pier upon departure. A 24 hour convenience store was a stones throw away.

Wooden room up on the hill”
I booked the room knowing it was a bit far out of town and a bit of a tread uphill. But since it was such good value, this did not put me off as I enjoyed the exercise. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic. My room was basic. A plus point is it is situated closer to the look out point and would save you much of the walk up there.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. I had a couple of issues with the fixtures and fittings. The quality of the bed is good and the shower has hot water with good power. Free WiFi which was pretty good speed. Not a luxury place by any stretch but if all you need is a bed, shower, air con and WiFi, then look no further.

Scenic and rustic spot on phi phi”
This place is definitely for more fit guests as you have to walk up a lot of steps. Make sure you don’t have a lot of baggage to carry up the steps. This place is very earthy and feels like a tree house on a hill. Interesting experience to say the least! Beautiful views of the bays. Close to both sides of the island but that walk is definitely for the fit folks and not anyone who has issues walking up and down steep hills.

The staff were nice and helpful. Although it was a little bit of a walk from the main port it wasn’t an issue. The only downside to our stay is that we were promised a transfer, it never came resulting in us waiting for 30 minutes while he came to pick our bags up as we did not know the location of the place. The pool was a nice surprise and the rooms were clean.

This property has many different room types so pictures and reviews might not reflect the room you have selected. Also the location of the hotel on Agoda was wrong - it is located next to a water reservoir. I got a room in a bungalow overlooking a property on the other side of a small road. The bathroom was very basic with toilet and shower in the same location and everything looked very dated. The room was very basic, bed bad some stains on it and the TV did not work. The door to the bungalow had a basic hanging lock on them and there was no safe deposit in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was included in the accommodation. The breakfast took place at reception, which overlooks a water reservoir and has some view of the island. Breakfast finishes at 10:00 and check out is until 11:00.

The staff was pretty friendly. The room is veeeery old. I traveled in May 2021 (in the middle of covid 19) so I understand that the place was not in its best, but it really needs some adjustments. Everything is old and it seems mosquitos and animals are about to get into the cabin all the time. Breakfast was very simple and the bread was old. The place is in the wrost location, so if you don't like walking up a hill, this is not the place for you. The have laundry service.

Cute but lacking”
I knew when booking this was a cute spot, but not fancy. We found this to be true. The staff were very nice. Check in and out process was easy. Breakfast was basic eggs and toast made hot when you arrived to the office area in the mornings. Some instant coffee and tea options. Rooms were clean but floors were cracking in areas. The stairs to get to the rooms were a bit tough but manageable. It is also a hike to get up to the resort, but you are in trees and far from busy places.

At least two times a day we didn’t can shower because there was no water. The way to our room was quiet hard because the stairs was difficult to climb. The breakfast was compared to other hotels very simple.

Found snake in my first room , chameleon in second and third room they gave me was having something moving in the ceiling... All the guests were complaining . Staff was nice but they don't even have a room service or intercom ... I had to shift all my baggage to the rooms by myself ..

Poor location, neglected cleanliness, extremely basic”
The pool advertised belongs to the resort next door. Mosquito netting required because the bungalows aren't sealed large holes in the bathroom allowing cockroaches, millipedes, beetles, ants, and lizards inside. It's a hot place and there are bound to be insects but this was gross. Also when I asked for hand soap was told to buy my own at the market. Staff were friendly but sometimes the language barrier made things difficult, like how I was told to wait for an hour and a half to get help down the huge hill with my bags, when there was no reason I was told to wait, just me standing with my bags ready to go. The road up to the bungalows is unlit at night and the shortcut path around the area is confusing. I've stayed at two other better priced places on the island and would recommend looking elsewhere.
