Through no fault of the hotel agoda mixed up the booking, but the hotel manager fixed our issues free of charge immediately. Highly recommend , close enough to the nightlife on the beach without too much noise

Amazing view from the balcony, hotel with all the basic facilities”
This hotel is 10-15mins walk from the tonsai pier. But the main attraction of the hotel is view and location. Take a room in the first floor and you will enjoy your leisure from the balcony hanging over the ocean. this hotel is near koh dalum pier, and just next to the party area of the beach. Though it will not be that much of problem if you are seeking sleep and peach at night. There is no car available from the pier to the hotel, though hotel boy will be waiting at the pier and collect your baggages along with you obviously. key features of the hotel room is view from the balcony. If you want to go to the phi phi view point it is also very near from the hotel, around 20-30mins walk. you can find bar and restaurants in the ground floor too though with selected option. It's nice and clean hotel. Our room was cleaning everyday, we have a safebox , big bed and fridge in room. One problem it is not included glasses and pot. Best view from balcony:)))

The location is simple. It is at the end of a party beach, so it can get loud sometimes, but sitting on the porch to drink a beer at sunset is amazing.

Meets expectations for a 2 star”
You get what you pay for, and what I’ve learned on Koh Phi Phi, what you get is a lot less than what you’re used to anywhere else. Because of this, this place completely met my expectations. Pros: good shower, good AC, walking distance to everything, best hotel wifi I’ve had all trip, lots of food and drink options near by, the view of the bay from the room is unreal, you’re right on the beach. Cons: let’s in a TON of sound. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, don’t stay here. Can hear voices of people eating at the restaurant below and the bass from the party next door is very intense. The bed is very hard, was not comfortable at all. If you’re a partier in your young to mid 20s ready to go out every night and barely sleep, I’d highly recommend this place.

the woman staf also help us to take our lugage to the room.. for the room itself is really basic.. bed and old design and furniture.. but the view really amazing and breathtaking! shower pressure not really well, but hot water is work.. noise from the club not that annoying if only for several night stays.. instead this place perfect to go to the bar at night.. really close!

Value for money ”
Had a slight problem with checking in as they could not find our booking from their end. But the stuffs were nice enough to offer us free water while they resolved the problem. Pros: Sea side literally on the beach. Just beside the main party places. Cons: We booked two rooms. Both were on different floors. That might be due to the mess-up between agoda and them. And one of the toilet was bit old looking but then again you get what you pay for. Overall if you are on a budget and want to stay near the beach it's the perfect place!

The staff was the best part our stay ”
The staff was so helpful and extremely nice, we stayed in a private room with a view of the ocean. The view was unbeatable for the price but the room was dated and the bed felt broken. The door to the balcony did not shut completely (gaps big enough to put my fingers through) which let insects and lizards into our room. The location is perfect.

Phi phi Green house”
This hotel is close enough to the centre to enjoy walking around the shops and bars but still quiet at night. The location is just past the memorial garden. When you see the tourist police hut turn left. It doesn't look as though it is a street but the hotel is on the left at the sea front. The room I had was on the ground floor and I had a balcony facing the sea. I stayed there for four days. The room has a double bed, a fridge and a wardrobe( no hangers). It smelled a bit musty in the room and wardrobe as though it has just been opened after a long time. The room wasn't the cleanest. There was a broken window in the bathroom, the only chair in the room was broken and the patio doors were really difficult to slide open and shut. However, I paid very little to stay here and for what I paid it was worth the money

Nice located with a view - directly on the beach *If you are looking for peace : go away, there’s an after party nightclub on the roof!! * However that can be a must for people who loves party! Hotel is ok but they don’t clean the room during your stay - sand invades it quickly.

The hostel has a beautiful view but just next to the beach party which is very noisy. The staff was very friendly and the room was always clean. The big advantage is the beautiful view when you have a room in front of the see. The price is a little bit expensive for what you have but is okay.

No nonsense hotel”
The hotel is fine. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is a bit further away from the main dock and takes time to get to, but steps away from the right side of the beach. The rooms run on a smaller size and I don't funny understand/appreciate the lack of the shower curtain when the water splashes over the toilet and the sink, but oh well. Overall a good stay. Thank you!

Good stay but certain problem”
The stay was good. The location and beach side was amazing. But me and my friend's $200 each was stolen which ruined the trip. I realized it was gone from my suitcase once i left for samui.

good location but there is much more that can be improve as they need to service and do maintenance for their outdoor condenser which located at the balcony. night shift staff guy was lazy when ask to fix something that we requested, he was focusing on his personal work rather than to attend our enquiries like when the air conditional splitter inside the room was dripping with water and when one of my friends card inserter holder break due to poor installation.

Down to party this is your spot”
Unbeatable location, hands down best location. BUT if you are not going to join in on the party stay clear, there is a bar above your room and the biggest clubs are right next to your hotel so won’t sleep till at least 4/5 am. Part from that nice location and easy to get around but you won’t sleep. Looking to party though this is it!

For the amazing view (Yes if you got Sea View room) but if you stay at the building behind no any view to see. The bar next to hotel so loud but no problem for me to sleep. Balcony to dry my cloths was really dirty and dark. Water in bathroom turn brown T_T I didn't have high expectations when travel on the islands but the hotel I was stayed before water so clear.

Bad wifi and many mosquitos”
It was really difficult stay there. First of all there is so much mosquitos inside room that I had to sleep with high ar-com in high potential every night. Beside the wifi dont reach the second floor. And the communication in English is hard with staff (they are all kind, but its not easy to talk).
