My favorite resort at Koh Phi Phi.”
I have been staying at this resort at least five times over the years. The resort has beautiful gardens and its location / views are very scenic / picturesque. The bungalows are large, clean and spaced apart from each other. The house reef (in front of their private beach, north of the swimming pool) is one of the best at Koh Phi Phi, if not the best. However, it’s a 150m swim to the reef and a lot of traffic (long-tail boats,). Corals are healthy and lots of different tropical fish to see, the latter shy / wary because of all the long-tail traffic. The main swimming pool has an amazing view of Bamboo and Mosquito Island (great for sun bathing). Beaches are not well suited for swimming or sunbathing; however, lots of sunbathing chairs at the swimming make up for it. The amount of / hazardous long-tail traffic at the house reef should be addressed!

Phi Phi Natural Resort Our staying here was perfect. The bungalow was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked great. The snorkeling was amazing in the 2 roped off areas. The one closest to the pool was better than the one further down. The food in restaurant was great and the buffet breakfast has amazing made to order omelets. The staff we super kind and helpfull. The arranged a long boat tour and the speed boat back to Tonsi harbour for us. Shout out to Bank who was super friendly, kind and helpfull! We would highly recommend this resort.

Excellent Holiday”
We had a fantastic time at Natural, initially booked for 4 nights but was so beautiful we stayed an additional 6 nights. The cottages where very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There is also a lush pool that overlooks the sea with breathtaking views. There was a good variety of options available for breakfast including perfectly poached eggs. The beach has lovely white sand and clear warm sea where you will see wonderful coloured fish even in shallow waters. There is a great Sea Gypsy Restaurant and little shop just up the beach and at the very end of the beach there is the Chilli and Pepper restaurant that both do beautifully cooked Thai food and very cheap prices if you want a break from the resort. At the end of the beach you can also call a tuk tuk that will take you to the village for 100 to 200 baht each way, where you will find further restaurants and shops. From the hotel you can get on the speed boat for 200 baht each way PP that will take you to Ton Sui. The staff at the hotel were all mega friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Louise especially is so knowledgeable she really helped make our stay special. She even helped arrange special boat tour and a Thai Cooking Class and a delicious cake for my 50th Birthday. You are treated like part of the family, we would highly recommend.

Great snorkelling off the beach”
Phi Phi Natural Resort is a fantastic place to stay for those who love convenient snorkelling on their doorstep. Beautiful grounds and gardens, comfortable rooms and amazing views over the water - especially if you splash out for a deluxe waterfront cottage. Nice coral 50m off the rocky beach and lots of tropical fish to see. Sandy beach is only 5 mins away near the restaurant if that is what you prefer. Watch out for the long tail boats. Staff are amazing and make you feel super welcome, always with a smile and willingness to please. Thank you Phi Phi Natural Resort and hope to see you again soon.

Phi Phi Natural Resort”
Great place to stay, lots of things you can do within the resort. Like snorkeling, kayaking and options to take boat rides to different islands. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating which was truly great. We were there for 2 nights and used alot of the facilities like the pool, the sunset area and we did the snorkeling which was good fun and would recommend it especially down where the main swimming pool is. Restrurant food was great and we saw the fire show which was good fun for sure. All in all great experience.

Beautiful Resort in a Stunning location”
My partner and I stayed here for a few nights over Christmas. The resort was lovely and peaceful. We booked a standard room with mountain view - downside was that instead of looking onto a mountain, we were avctually located up the mountain so it was very far away from the beach. My partner has a bad knee so we spoke with the staff who very kindly upgraded us to a bungalow closer to the beach. The staff were great and the views were amazing! The resort is located on a private beach and you can rent snorkelling equipment. Overall a great stay, however, the beds were extremely hard!

Love it here!”
So glad I read pos reviews before booked. Beautiful & peaceful sanctuary. I met my friend for a much needed 2 week hol. She’s traveling for months so I worried my desire for 4/5 * spoiling had to be lowered to 3* for 1wk here & more basic elsewhere. So impressed with PhiPhi Natural Resort. Stunning location.Gorgeous gardens.Lovely staff. Welcome by smiley clever Praw +garlands, air con, drink & pic by name was so touching as was the goodbye gift. Plus we were upgraded to the most gorgeous superior room which was such a joy! Thank you! We’re in r late 50s so it was a relief that we weren't as high up. Younger Guests said they were happy with standard rms & there’s a little pool up there. The transport adds to beach fun. Love banana plants in front of balcony & great effort they make with gdns. Lotus pond is just finished. Reception cat adorable. Infinity pool + view. Comfy sunbeds. Great service & so many staff! So clean & well looked after. Natural not basic.Gd dive. Highly recommend

Perfect setting”
Idyllic setting with stunning view across the sea. Staff very helpful. Ideal for us who wanted to just chill. Not much else going on which suited us. Pool could become noisy with children letting off steam but can always move to another area and swim in sea.

Great location set amongst tropical gardens”
Resort is located in beautiful natural settings at the end of Laem tong beach. Our deluxe cottage was situated on the private beach side with very easy opportunities for snorkeling that you will never forget. Unforgettable so bring your snorkeling gear. The beds are extremely hard and were quite uncomfortable, but one has to remember this is a three-star resort. Breakfast options were wonderful and quite tasty and so wonderful having breakfast right on the edge of the beach for wonderful views. Staff throughout the resort were always kind and accommodating.

Great staff, great location”
We stayed for 4 nights in a superior cottage, and really loved our stay here. We've been traveling in Thailand for 12 years, now live in Chiang Mai, and this is one of our favorite trips. The good points: staff was really lovely. The location is incredible - there's a private beach, and a long coral reef that's easy to swim out to for great snorkeling. The pool area is nice, with some shady spots. Breakfast was plentiful. The roof itself was large with a nice patio that had a partial view of the water. There was no tea kettle in the room, or big urn of rinse water for sandy feet by the door, but they brought us both of those things. The not-so-good points: The bed was rock-hard and I did not sleep well. (Next time we will ask if they have any softer beds.) It's quite a walk from the less expensive rooms to the pool/dining area/reception - about 1/3 mile, or 1/2 km. (But it's beautiful - along the water.) Porch got covered quickly with debris from the flowering trees - would ask for a broom next time.

Perfect resort ”
Situated in a lovely quiet location on Koh Phi Phi, Natural Resort exceeded our expectations. The villa was lovely with a beautiful sea view of Bamboo Island. It was surrounded by well kept gardens with many fruits, vegetables and herbs that are used in the restaurant. Food was delicious. Nice pool and private beach with snorkelling. Above all, the staff especially Bank and Louise were the friendliest and most attentive we have ever experienced in any resort or hotel. We will certainly be back.

The resort was everything we expected it to be except for the food. We have had food from island resorts that is much better than what was being served at this resort. It was the only let down to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Amazing staff, Remote retreat and private setting!”
We originally booked through Agoda, but because of some conflict out deluxe cottage wasn't available. Without even saying a word, Miss Junnie came back to us 3 minutes later and had upgraded us to one of their amazing pool villas. Things were a little outdated in places, but this is not the Sheraton or Westin. This is a remote tropical escape. If you want "modern luxury" go to Tansai or stay on Phuket or the mainland. Even though it is only rated at 3 stars, for being in a remote location, I'd say it felt more like 5 stars. It's not a "hotel", so the grounds are very dispersed and all of the cottages are private. It's at the northern tip of Koh Phi Phi so it's almost a jungle setting and the grounds must be absolutely insane to maintain. Oh and yes. There are lots of bugs and spiders and such. Remember, it's the "jungle", get over it. This place is amazing! The staff were all so helpful, kind and always smiling. The activities director helped us out with a private longtail boat and we went to Mosquito and Bamboo islands which were fantastic. There are only a handful of resorts on this beach and they all work together to ensure that there's some "show" or activity that's available. The fire show at Koh Phi Phi Natural resort was amazing!!! It's every monday, wednesday and friday so don't miss it. The massage is higher priced than you'd find elsewhere in Phi Phi or Phuket, but don't miss out on it. Their staff does a great job and the setting is wonderful. If there's any drawbacks I'd say that the beds were very firm and food was somewhat lacking. The breakfast was mediocre but if you order alacarte it gets better. Once again, set your expectations. They have food, veggies, etc boated in on a regular basis. The beds were also a This is a remote destination. Once you set that expectation you will find that you can't get a better experience.

Wonderful staff in a beautiful location”
Phi Phi Natural Resort is a great place for those wanting a little bit of peace and quiet. The grounds are beautiful and the villa rooms spread out enough amongst the sprawling garden grounds that there is a fair degree of privacy. The reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff have been very helpful, friendly and hardworking. Splash out for a delux villa if you can, amazing location right on the beach. If you go for a standard villa, rooms 123 & 124 still have a lovely view (glimpse) of the water and you will enjoy relaxing on the deck chairs on your balcony. The private beach is a little rocky, but if you swim out to the reef edge there is a lot of tropical fish to see. As along all the beaches on Phi Phi, unfortunately there is quite a lot of damage to the reef, but still enough fish to make it an interesting swim/snorkel. If you prefer a wide sandy beach for your swim just walk the 5-10 minutes to the main Laem Tong beach (but much busier and noisier). I found the room to be absolutely fine, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom nicely decorated. I have poor AIS phone reception (1 bar) but no problem at all with the hotel wifi (5 bars).

Beautiful hotel”
From the moment you step off the boat to Phi Phi Natural Resort, you're taken care of; you're met with fresh fruit juice before your feet even reach dry land. The staff here were universally helpful and kind, showing the legendary Thai hospitality at its utmost. Perhaps the lone exception to this is at the (very expensive for Thailand, though perhaps not for resorts in general) restaurant. When we were there, they seemed absurdly understaffed; though the waiters were literally running back and forth to get people their orders, it still took quite some time to catch their attention to get the check, for instance. The location and facilities are great: far from the noisy nightlife of Phi Phi, the resort has a great private beach where I went to stargaze in absolute silence as heat lightning splashed across the horizon. In the daytime, they offer great snorkeling packages--we paid 1,000 baht for two people for 2-hour journey to the gorgeous Bamboo and Mosquito Islands. I highly recommend getting out in the ocean as much as you can. My friend and I came to Phi Phi after a voyage around Thailand staying with friends or at hostels, so this place seemed like heaven with a higher price tag to us. It's worth noting that they have a shuttle service from Phi Phi harbor to the hotel for baht per person if you look hard enough; otherwise, you have to hire a longtail boat for 1,000 or so baht. Really, price is my only complaint about this place, and even that wasn't too bad. For those more used to paying resort prices, it's a steal!

Paradise on Earth”
We just simply fall in love with this place: we had an excellent view from our standard room over the sea with a balcony and pool underneath, however it was not indicated. Its beach has white sand and turqoise water and its much better than Phi Phi island village has. They organise tours around and to nearby islands at a reasonable price so you can escape the hassle of negotiation with freelancer longtail boaters, you would end up paying around the same price. Breakfast was just amazing: quality, quantity (both hot meals and cold ones) with a view on the sea. Saying all these that we have walked through the whole island from Leam Tong beach till Tonsai Pier. Phi Phi natural resort has really a great value for money, I would definetely stay here for the next time as well. The manager of the resort also welcomed us personally, as he does with everyone, so you instantly feel valued and welcomed! Truly amazing place!

Great choice for snorkeling & service on Phi Phi”
If your idea of a great beach holiday is to be able to walk off your bungalow balcony with your mask & snorkel, directly into the sea then Phi Phi Natural Resort is the place for you. For most of my 5 day stay I had the beach to myself as other travelers obviously preferred the more crowded (with both people and long tail boats) of the sandy stretch of Laem Thong. Lots of tropical fish & coral to see right off the beach. The beach is narrow with both rocks and sand, but if your aim is snorkeling not sun bathing it will be perfect for you. This was my second stay at Phi Phi Natural and I highly recommend it, especially if you are interested in peace & quiet, bungalow balcony right at the water's edge, shady trees, nice landscaped gardens, some personal space between you and your neighbor, a large comfortable and clean room, and of course great service from welcoming and helpful staff. Treat yourself to a Delux Cottage and try for Room 115 (closest balcony to the water in the whole of the resort)

Wonderful members of staff - very helpful”
My partner and I wanted to explore the quieter side of Phi Phi Island, and chose to stay at Phi Phi Natural Resort. Upon arriving via the ferry boat service from Tonsai to Northern Phi Phi, we were driven to the resort - this wasn't really needed since it would have only been a minute walk, but the gesture was extremely helpful! We were upgraded from a standard room to Superior cottage free of charge, and we had a pleasant stay sleeping under a mosquito net and having a quiet night away from all of the noise. The resort itself is presented beautifully in comparison to the surrounding areas (you can easily enter the other resorts as they are open spaces). You can also rent snorkel masks, fins and kayaks located next to the lobby. With regards to their private beach, we found that there were far more fish and underwater creatures in Phi Phi Natural Resort's beach in comparison to the rest of the strip - most likely because there were less boats. Extremely wonderful stay!

Great service, amazing view”
loved loved loved... i moved from the 5 star resort by the side (zevola) to phi phi to extend my trip. phi phi was 1/2 of the price but really good. the staff was amazing. the view from my bangalow was great. much more private than zevola where i could see the guy walking naked in the bangalow by my side. the breakfast was great. off course no table service but for 1/2 of the zevola price i didnt care for it. the only down side for the phi phi is the day trippers.. they have lunch in the hotel everyday... that kind of sucks.. but if you are in the zevola you will be also screwed with the loud noise (boats and trucks) arriving right in front of the hotel. i would not be surprised if a boat or a tractor pass over a guest swiming. at least the phi phi have a private beach and the zevola share the beach with every single other hotel. if you get a bangalow with ocean view with a pool at the phi phi. you will be much better off than staying at the zevola... the massage at the phi phi is great !!!! 500 bath ... i had one every day !
