Phi Phi Natural Resort is located on the gorgeous islands of the same name, one of the most popular destinations in the South of Thailand, just a short boat ride away from Phuket and 45 kilometers to the southwest of Krabi. At this resort, guests can enjoy the private sandy beach and crystal clear waters under the blue sky. The beach is just a short stroll from each bungalow, and nearby locals will be able to point you in the right direction for hiring a longtail boat to see some of the natural wonder of the surrounding area. The hotel staff are attentive and helpful. Guests often comment on the wonderful seclusion of each of the bungalows, making any visit unforgettable. Great hotel in Phi Phi”
This hotel is in a great location in Phi Phi. Lovely beach for snorkeling, great service, great food and amazing staff. I'm coming to Thailand every year and will definitely come back to this lovely place. Many thanks.
Great resort !”
Negative : the resort decoration is old fashioned, is far away from the center. Positive :The resort is really beautiful, close to the beach which is a dream also the infinity view pool, you feel yourself around well-kept gardens , we enjoyed a bungalow with see views. The stuffs are also very kind.
Fantastic value ”
Went for a hike from Long Beach, loved this beach and decided to stay for the night. We booked a standard room for 80USD, which was great value. Just know that the standard rooms are about a 5min stroll uphill from the lobby/beach. Great view from the standard room house. Fantastic location of the pool next to the lobby which affords views of Krabi mainland. Would stay here again anytime.
Super resort in paradise”
We stayed 3 nights. It is at the end of the island, far far away from noisy ton sai. Villas on the hill have nice view at the ocen. Resort is quiet, ideal for couples to have relax. Swiming pool is nice and beach too.
Individual rustic cottages stair stepped into the hills. The cottages have tall glass windows most overlooking the sea. There is a nice balcony to sit outdoors. The front sea villas have private pools. The cottages have all the amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, nice tile rain shower and even flip flops for the beach. The breakfast which came with the room was like a banquet and very delicious. The staff were all kind and gentle. This place is truly a lovers hideaway if you are looking fir privacy. We were able to hire a long tail fir the day to take us all around the Phi Phi islands from the dive shop for a reasonable fee. He was such a kind man and this was another highlight of our stay. If you want a break from the hustle and bustle of Phi Phi, Leam Tong beach is the place to go.
My mum broke her arm in there badly designed rooms. In the end they send us in the wrong direction to get the ferry, mum and I were left stranded on the beach, injured, bags in hand, needing to go get x-rays. If you are travelling with people you love and want them safe. DON'T STAY HERE>
It's my 7th trip to Phi Phi and this area is by far the best for families who want low key yet stunning landscapes. Pools, turquoise water, and boat options. Certainly best for families or couples as young people should head to Long Beach on the southern tip where you get nice quiet beaches but can get into town for the nightlife. I like to combo the trips with a few days up north and a few down south.
A Magical Place”
The cabins tucked away amongst tropical trees surrounded by butterflies and dragonflies are simple, rustic and we loved them. The beach was beautiful with white sands and delightfully away from the craziness of Tonsai Pier while still offering different dining options and not being too remote. What was less ideal was the poor communication about how to actually get to the resort. There is only one ferry per day that stops at this place if coming from Phuket and you need to know to catch it or you will pay an extra 900 baht to take a smaller longtail boat (you pay 250 per person on the ferry). But no one at the resort sent us any information about this and it was only luck that we booked on the right ferry. English skills of most of the staff are very low but the smiles are warm. Booking our ferry onwards with them was a struggle as they seemed confused about where to find the correct information. We were here during the low season (end of May) and loved the lack of tourists around.
Fantastic resort in quiet area”
The resort is very beautiful, everything looks new and the room we had was big and comfortable. The location is perfect for couples as it's quiet and relaxing. The only thing I didn't like is that boats are "parking" right in front of the resort, so not very nice to swim there.
thank you so much for your e-mail. we appreciate and hope to see you again.
Clean rooms, easy access to the beach side, great tour packages with the friendliest staff who are extremely supportive and always with a smile. We even got very generous tour packages and free hire of the snorkel gear and flippers along with a friendly chat with the salesperson.
resort by a beautiful coral bay”
It was rainy most days but we enjoyed snorkelling off the resort bay and of course to mosquito and bamboo island. The restaurant serves good food but price is quite high as is natural for an island resort. We would book the beachfront room next time to get a better view and a shorter walk to the restaurant. Wifi only available at lobby sadly and phone signal is poor in the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and will return
You can see mosquito island and bamboo island on beach. Easy go there by renting a long tail boat. If you want to dive, you can find a Janpanese coach, Tat, he's professional and has diving experience for 25 years. Thanks for the decaration they prepared for our honeymoon. In all, this is really a happy, calm stay at Phi Phi Natural Resort.
Most amazing location. Great pools great views.”
We enjoyed this short stay at Natural resort. The food was quite good and the staff were attentive. By far the best location (On the point) with private beaches and less tourist traffic. If you want some time to relax without the hustle and Bustle i reccomend a stay here. I will be back for sure.
The best place u can be in phi phi”
Not many people go to the natural bay of the phi phi island. Its bit quite and beautiful. Its the best place for relaxing for days. Mild music everywhere and from the hotel you can see the beautiful beach. The landscape and architecture of the hotel is really nice. Service is cordial and amazing.
If I come again to Phi Phi I'll stay here. However”
If I come again to Phi Phi I'll stay here because if the followings: - secluded location - nice rooms - real value for money in such nice place - great view (Frm the hotel, not Frm standard room) - great pool n beaches wth awesome view - variety of breakfast - great service n smiling staffs However, need the following things to be improved: - cleanliness of bathroom. Spots on commode - dinner was a bit oily! As I said I'll again stay to natural resort if I come here- however I'll stay in a sea view room/ pool villa.. Overall me n my wife enjoyed our stay here a lot :-)
We booked through Agoda and it both looked and sounded like it was a great place. When we came we found out that we had a room about a 10-15 minute walk from the pool ( with our son longer ). We tried to change it and since they were not fully booked at all it could have work. I said that it is their responsibility to give the correct info to the agents. They just continued to say that it was the agents fault. They had a shuttle service to the room but not at night and nobody answered in the morning. One time they said, we will be there in 20 minutes. If they had given us a room at the swimming pool they would not have had to pick us up. When we checked out they claimed that we had taken stuff in the minibar which we had not touched. I lost it slightly. Had enough of bullshit. This could all have been avoided by having a manager solve the problem or at least have a manager try to solve it but nobody came out to talk to us. This place needs help in the service department. A
Could be perfect..butt”
Nobody will pick you up at the main pier...you have to find a ride and pay xtra. On arrival was the desk staff more interrestet that you leave early on you departure dat and buy a ticket for the ferry from them.... We have been told that the ferry on our departure date was only going on 10:30 and 15:30 so we had to check out at 7 am allready. That was siply untrue..because there is a 13:30h also. I found out because my friend was thai........... We only paid 6000bth for 3 days...and it is a special place..with a few service lacks. Will i come again...no thank you! Tip: When you arrive or leave....cross the island to the east side of the island....these are only 300 meters. The trip to the pier is than 60% shorter and half price! No problem with a longtail! (compared to the east route!)
Expensive for what you get”
It's quite expensive for what you actually get. The swimming pool is out of order, you are set back in basically a suburb, far from the beach. The food is sub par and quite expensive. We've stayed at another resort on this same beach and had excellent food. The staff was very friendly, and the aircon got cold. I would absolutely not stay here again.
Probably the best in laemtong bay”
+very cheap compairing with other on laemtong +good location +large and clear territory +calm and silent +helpful personal, even if they don’t know how to help you +have additional small beach except of other hotels on laemtong +good management, hotel become even better then 3 years ago (second time here) -staff mostly not qualified enough, a lot of trainees, but anyway they can help you
Unplug from life”
Amazing place to forget about daily hassles. Total relaxation, amazing views, peaceful, feels like paradise. Place is so isolated, the adventure begins as you take multiple means of transportation to get to Phi Phi. No roads, ferry and boats are the way to get there. Food in restaurant is good, people are extremely friendly and pleasant. Cons: power outages frequently and matress, very firm.
