The hotel was nice, we had the seaview deluxe room. It was clean, with nice view. The pool was awesome. TV was dizzy, and when we tried to tell at the reception, they didnt understand what we try to explain. I recommend this hotel only for people with good condition, because you have to climb lots of stairs, but it worth because of the view. They were waiting us on the pier, with the sign of the hotel, and helped to carry the bags up.

The hotel looks nice. Although the position of the hotel is a little bit outside of the crowd and comparatively in a hilly side, the balcony view is really awesome to see the Phi Phi island. The breakfast is very simple, so please don't expect a buffet breakfast. But, the staffs are very nice. I will recommend this hotel those who like silence with natural beauty.

Decent ”
Good for what you pay for. We stayed in the close building and couldn’t find the pool, we asked the lady said go right and we just walked around like dummies .. room was clean, nice balcony’s and close off the main drag so you don’t have to hike a million steps.

Wouldn’t recommend ”
Aside from the value of the room ($25) this “resort” was pretty terrible. Overall, it was dirty and a little creepy. I waited for a staff member for 15min when checking out before giving up and just leaving the key on their desk. Don’t stay in the F units. Tons of uneven steps to walk up. The water just stopped coming out of the faucet at night. Didn’t have water until the morning.

Far from the pier ”
We stay one night there, it's actually quite far from the pier, and on top of hill that u have to climb up all the way. Facilities not so good. We walk all the way from pier which is so tired.

STAY AWAY!!!”
This place is a joke. It's in scummy are of the island and the staff is horrible. When I inspected the room it appeared the towels haven't been replaced since the 90's. I kept asking for the location of the pool but no one appeared to speak English well. They kept pointing to a slum behind the hotel at another property. I hoped for the best and went up the stairs after passing the slimmed out area. The property where the pool was located was in horrid conditions. Upon examination of the pool it was green with algae. I immediately told the front desk attendant I was not staying due to the filthy conditions. She fought me at every turn and I had to get the authorities involved. I also involved Agoda to seek a cancellation but the attendant fought it saying pool will be fixed next day or so. At that moment other guest came to the office reporting the same issues. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Place needs rehab and new staff.

Do NOT STAY HERE”
Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff are rude and unhelpful and didn’t want you there. The stairs are dangerous. We paid for breakfast and it didn’t even open our first day & the second they gave us tap water and bread. They’ve refused to refund us despite their disgusting behaviour. When we asked to speak to the manager they refused. We paid for a sea view and we couldn’t see the sea 😂. The other hotels on the island are much cheaper & go to the viewpoint if you want a nice view. Do not use this hotel!

The room was big clean with good views, the pool is great with fantastic views, don't have breakfast bugs in every thing, food cold. This hotel is only for very fit people, it's a fact steps steps and more steps, would I stay again never, Phi Phi fantastic

Disappointment”
We were on our honeymoon in Phi Phi and booked every hotel in advance. One of the hotels we stayed in was top view resort. We chose it because it was stated to be a brand new hotel. We had expected to find new and clean rooms. Came out that yes some of the rooms are new but we were given old room. It was in a bad shape. Went to ask for reception what is this - it was said to be new and the lady was very rude. I basically to walk out from there because she did not even listen and shouted that we booked a standard room which is old. Maybe- if you book then be aware! We ended staying there for two nights. Going to the room might be a bit creepy (especially in the evening) if you are not big cat lover because there are tens of cats sleeping around the hotel. Breakfast was nice- that left some kind of positive memory from that hotel.

Great views, clean, but very hard to walk to”
Pros: Amazing views if both sides of the sea. Seemed very clean. Staff were friendly. Decent breakfast choices if selected. Cons: Location is approx 10-15 min from tonsai pier. Steps extremely steep. Air vents did not reach to the bed area. Overall, decent for the price. But even for an in-shape 20 year old, the stairs were endless and with the heat, is a big struggle. Add in a backpack or luggage and you'll be completely worn out after. Definitely do not recommend for family with kids, or elderly.

Great view, nice room! The pool was awesome and had an amazing view as well. It’s about a 10 min walk from the main part of town, a few stairs so wouldn’t reccomend to elderly or people who struggle with stairs! But stairs are worth it for the view :) would go back again !

This place has the rudest staff.”
we came here and it says it's a 4 star hotel. this place is barely 1.5 star place. Reception was beyond rude, the pool was green with algae. I went dow to reception to complain about the pool because my children wanted to swim there. When I went there they pretended not to understand me. On top of that, after I complained they cut off our access to wifi. I hope this place goes out of business. If you are not Muslim, you will get treated like the infidel garbage they see you as. I could go on forever how horrible this place was but.... just know you will be treated like trash in this establishment.

overpriced hotel with bad facilities”
I stayed in this hotel 3 nights with 2 nights in Stand room and 1 in Deluxe room. That Deluxe room is a little better than Stand because the quilt in Deluxe is dealed with more suitable way to keep it in clean. But in both room their bathroom has bad smell because of the worse bad drainpipe design and installation. So, this hotel is over priced it's better to go to another one.

One of the worse hotels ”
I couldn't find the hotel and no one have heard of it. Most hotels have their people waiting at the dock and this hotel has no one. I had to ask literally 10 businesses to locate it. The hotel is detached from the lobby - walked up a hill across people's homes to get to. It reeked sewage. The room was infested with mosquitoes and restroom smell of sewage was unbearable. Stay away!
