I travelled to phi phi november 2018. I booked this guesthouse for 8€ per night, standard room with fan (no aircondition). The first night we have a problem with the toilet. The staff change us room, and the gave us the standard room with aircondition, at the same price. Everything after that was perfect. The room was clean, the staff very cool and polite, and the hotel is near the beach.

Okey pretty much sums it up. We stayed at Kitty Guesthouse first on the island and then here for our last night, Kitty was a bit more expensive but a lot better. It’s not where it is on the map so that can be a bit confusing as well, we recommend you to ask someone when you arrive for directions because it’s location on the map you get on Agoda is way of. Bad value, better than reviews say”
The rooms etc. were really not that bad. Cold water, but its a big house. From the reviews I thought it was a shacks with animals everywhere. If a good price is advertised I would take it. Unfortunately I booked for New years so it was expensive. More unfortunately when I arrived on the 31st I was told I was overbooked and so I only stayed the next day. But you can imagine how frustrating it is on new years to hear that you have been overbooked. I ran around sweating with bags, trying to find a hostel. The owner did refund ALL of the money and found me a hostel.

The location they’ve provided is not correct, they claim to be on the beach but they’re not. It took us a while to find it. We were given a room that looked nothing like the photos on Agoda and the wifi is poor. It is quite a ways from the beach so you won’t hear the music and partiers (only plus).

Be careful about the map here, it's located in totally different place. I got lost because of this map. If you wanna stay at the guest house along the beach, you should make other choices not here. I stayed 3 night there and, sometimes Wi-Fi didn't work. Also, one morning, the water service stooped and I could not use water at all and I went out to buy water. In my room, there were no windows :( However, the owner was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him, he arranged island hopping activity instead of me. Also, her recommended me some of the places to see. That was helpful.

Where do we start... Rooms nothing like photo!! Wires hanging out of wall. ”
Extremely unfriendly rude host to guests, threw keys at us after complaining and wanting to check out early! Do not stay here, disgusting place and unsafe due to exposed wires! Unsafe stairs to upper rooms, if you dare to complain you will be faced with abusive host. Much better places nearby. Did not deserve any stars but we had to rate one star for review to be seen!

the room is small, the air conditioning is located right above the beds, there is probably laundry or something similar behind the wall, especially disgusting location, on the map it is supposedly located not far from the beach, but in fact even the locals did not immediately tell where it is located, not far from the rise to the viewing platform No. 1. the TV remove was not there when it turned out that the TV was not working

Unfriendly, Noisy, Dirty & Cold Showers”
Our stay here allready started of on the wrong foot when we found out the location isn't right next to the beach as said in the location map, but somewhere on the edge of the town. We tried to cancel when we found out, but they told us this was not possible with any refund. So, we stayed. They made us wait 15 min at check-in, because the "manager" needed to come from his room. He then started to help someone which just arrived a few min after us. After we had checked in, we stayed in a old room, which was dirty, had holes in the wall & ceiling everywhere. We then also found out that all of the "fan" room showers have cold water! When I asked some of the employees, they did not respond so I asked for the person in charge, the only thing he said was, no hot water in regular room, I asked why? He said "I dont know" Would not recommend this place at all! Not worth it.

I stayed for 3 nights. They had a bed I could sleep, but the rest was bad. Shower didn’t work at the last evening. Nothing of the stuff was there so I took the BD to shower! I told the stuff, but no discount or anything. I definitely will not stay there again.

Bangsit or Viva whatever just NO good”
Bang sit guest house or whatever was really the worst I have ever been to in Thailand. The room had this really annoying smell like the sewer bursting. And the smell didn’t go away at all so we told the staff and all we got back was a mosquito spray and saying that he will clean again if he wants us too. Water pressure for shower was very weak. The whole property is very unprofessional. The reception desk took away our deposit for their key because we checked our a bit late. We apologized sincerely but they won’t even budge. The fact that we paid 2500 baht (about 75usd) for one night and we got our money taken away and face mold every direction we turn our heads is not right.

Everything was wrong Bedsheets dirty and stained No toilet paper The toilet was blocked The bathroom was dirty, old with mould the door was broken Shower no pressure at all took so much time to take a shower No furniture to storage stuffs One PowerPoint only in the room Cockroaches in the toilet The place was old and needed maintenance Not recommend it at all Better to try your luck by asking door-to-door if everything is fully booked online

À l'arrivée , j'ai montré mon voucher avec la mention paid. La dame hurlait que je n'avais pas réservé. Après m'être fait agressée pendant 1 / 2 heure , elle m'a montré une chambre INFÂME : une cellule sans ouverture sur l'extérieur . j'ai payé 4 nuits je suis restée 4 minutes. Une honte pour votre site que j'utilisais souvent. Un remboursement de votre part est impératif . le retrait de cette soit disant guest House serait un plus pour votre site

Das Guesthouse soll am strand liegen, das tut es aber nicht! schonmal der erste fehler, wir haben das Guesthouse dann erstmal suchen müssen, die zimmer sind klein, das teil wo man den Schlüssel reinsteckt und strom bekpmmt, fällt auseinander, der duschkopf hat einen sagen wir stfahl und bei der matratze spürt man jede feder einzeln auf dem knochen. das personal ist alles andere als freundlich und es gibt schilder, auf denen ein geräusch nach 21.00 und vor 9.00 mit 1000b pro person bestraft wird. also das haus ist eine frechheit. agoda , bitte aus der liste streichen!!!
