Where to stay in Phitsanulok City Center
Phitsanulok City Center hotels & accommodations

YES!!! It was good experiences in Dragon River Avenue Hotel in Phisanulok. I have ever visited Phisanulok often because of my work together with Naresuan University. However main purpose of this trip was joining Wedding ceremony of the Sun of my wife's professor. Therefore I would like to book the hotel near the Wedding ceremony place which was city center of there. ...

Hotel is located in the heart of Phitsanulok city center. Perfect renovated. Free wireless internet connection. Very good breakfast. The only pity is I just stayed here only 2 days. I will stay longer for the next time I visit Phitsanulok. I will also suggest this hotel to my friends. Also parking has never been an issue.

I stayed in this hotel on two separate nights en-route between Chiangmai and Nakhon Phanom. I have tried before to find a pleasant hotel in Phitsanulok but to no avail. Wonderful that I now have this choice when I make this regular trip. On the banks of the river Nan, close to Wat Pra Si Rattana Mahathat (aka. Wat Yai), it has just 21 rooms, 2 suites and 2 connecting r...

the ayara grand palace hotel is a breath of fresh air compared to most of the dingy old hotels in phitsanulok. from the moment we arrived and were greeted with a cold drink we knew that this hotel was going to be good. the attentive staff could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were bright, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including...

The Harmony Plus Apartments are very nice, but seem to be more for the business traveler, just my opinion and good for us as we were just spending one night on our way to Kalasin. The directions given for GPS systems take you to the Harmony Condo complex, but the Security there is used to travelers turning up looking for the Harmony Plus Apartment. The rooms are a nic...

We stayed at the hotel during our visit to the Chinarat Buddha at Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat, which is only 5 minutes down the street and easily accessible from the hotel. I was not expecting much from a small town hotel, but it was surprisingly nice. The lobby and dining room are older but very well appointed, and the rooms are comfortable and nicely maintained. We...

This hotel was perfect: Clean, friendly staff, fridge, good bathroom, large room, nice bed, by the river with nice places to have lunch / dinner and drinks. The only problem was that here were a bunch of stray dogs on the 1km road between the hotel and the bridge to the city center. These dogs growled at us and were clearly unhappy with our presence. Since they were a ...

Breakfast after Day #1 was Spartan -- no omelet, no scrambled eggs, no stir fried veggies, no soups. That is, food variety was greatly cut. Advertised as "city center" location but this is false advertising. AGODA ought to clamp down on such lies. Also no massage facility.

Reasonably central location. Rooms fine but tight when you have an extra bed as we did. Staff friendly. Breakfasts a little limited but not a disaster. Phitsanulok was found to have very limited tourist attractions. Pretty well all are Thai temples (Wats). Good restaurants but not easy to find. I would recommend the hotel but not the town.

Well-priced and very clean. The bed was large, the shower was hot, the staff was very friendly (some speak English), and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. Hotel staff even offered to take us to the bus station and made a second trip after we forgot a water bottle at the hotel. Great service and excellent location (about 10 min walk to bus station). I would defin...

The hotel is on the western outskirts of Phitsanulok - so it is convenient if travelling NS or East. Mr room (2501, I think) was not on the 2nd floor but the 5th, and faced the busy main highway. Closed windows and drapes blocked out most of the noise but if you are a light sleeper request a room in the adjacent building or on the non-road side of the first building....

For the price you pay, this is probably the best hotel to stay at. The hotel room was very clean and tidy and it was spacious enough [for me]. Bathroom / toilet was also nice and clean. I could hear the music from the ground floor bar / restaurant, and to be perfectly honest, I didn't particularly like that, but this is not a 5 star hotel - you can't really expect sou...

If you are in Phitsanulok for a layover and need to be near the bus station, this is a good deal. The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk to the bus station and a number of excellent restaurants and street food stalls. The staff are sincere and helpful. However, if you want to be in the city centre, this is actually some distance away from town. All in all, a ver...

Perfectly located for the old bus station. Only 5 minutes walk. Staff friendly. Rooms are a good size and clean. Always quiet for a good sleep. A small buffet breakfast is normally included. This hotel has always been perfect for my needs and I look forward to staying here. If using this hotel as a base to explore Phitsanulok then you will need some form of transport....

ok so 350 baht will get you a double room on the top (4th) floor. There's no lift so it's a bit of a climb and beware of the first step as you ascend from the 3rd floor, it's a bigger step than the rest. But I've skipped ahead. check in was quick and efficient but without any warmth. Probably a language barrier thing. The rooms are a good size. The bed is a que...

What a beautiful hostel. Ton the owner is just an amazing human being. He made me feel like home from the first minute. This place really feels like a home to me and Phitsanulok is such a lovely city. Ton has some great suggestions for authentic places around the city that made my experience even better. Ask him about the riverside massage!...

The hotel is in a very large building and offers a very comfortable and spacious rooms. The rooms are very clean. The Bathroom was a little bit outdated, but managable. The staff is extremaly friendly, especially the manager of the hotel. The internet is 50 bat. The hotel also has an English speaking newspaper. I was offerred a free shuttle to the railway station....

Stayed there only one night but would´ve liked to stay there much longer! When we arrived, parking just outside reception, the owner(?) came to greet us. Checking in was swift and easy and your first impression was that you almost felt at home! The lobby was nicely decorated with a personal touch and the rooms (we had two) was fitted with everything you need. Nice and ...
Cheap places to stay in Phitsanulok City Center

The hostel is close to the train station and the city centre. It is clean, new and has everything you need. The owner Mark is very friendly and helpful and showed us around. There is a great vibe at the hostel. I will definitely return here when I am coming back through Phitsanulok.

Went to phitsanulok to make a pause on my bus trip. Found this hostel : the bedroom was so cheap compared to how clean and comfy it was. It offers the luxe of an hotel with the price of a guesthouse. They even give you toiletries, free coffee, free bottle of water etc etc. The owners were absolutely nice and helped me get a taxi, do my laundry etc... I would just ad...

I've stayed in several hotels in Phitsanulok but returned to the Pailyn after trying out the others. The Pailyn is now a faded hotel very much showing its age, but it is still good value and well located for the night market, railway station etc. The porters were helpful with parking and moving my room when aircon broke down.

The Harmony Plus Apartments are very nice, but seem to be more for the business traveler, just my opinion and good for us as we were just spending one night on our way to Kalasin. Hip Inn Coffee has stylish rooms at budget prices. Staff is very friendly and the coffee shop on the ground floor serves delicious coffee. The vintage decoration in the shop and on the hotel floors are worth a look! Easy access to airport and within walking distance to the Folk Museum and Buddha Casting Workshop. City center and nightspots are a little farther away.
