    Good Place to Stay”
Stayed here for a couple nights and it was an easy stay. Some hotels in PP are shady as but this hotel is a nice family run hotel. Great Friendly Staff, Large Clean room, Large Flatscreen TV, Good AC, Ok Bathroom ( Needs improvement) but apart from that No complaints at all! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all travellers and Families.

    Great Value ”
A great value hotel for this price range, very clean & safe and close to the river, supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc. The room with a balcony is nice to have of course and I found the staff to be very polite & helpful at all times. They have a fridge in the lobby with all the usual cold drinks, beer, coke, etc as well as some tables & chairs outside the front at street level if you just want to kick back. I only stayed one night passing through to Siem Reap but would be happy to spend 2-3 nights here no problems. The hotel is surprisingly reasonably quiet considering it's location and I would stay here again it's got that kind of feel. I recommend this hotel.

It’s close to all the main attractions but the street just one block away is a little dodgy. Quiet at night so you can rest, nice staff, beware that if you want the room to be cleaned you must leave the key in reception. I’ll recommend it foe a budget option.

Good budget hotel in the heart of the action.”
Le Vincent is fast becoming my hotel of choice when in Phnom Penh. Very well situated in Street 130 only a few steps away from the bars and eateries. Spacious rooms with good wi-fi and good bathrooms. Complete with an elevator and friendly staff.

Room without window with mold smell ”
I went to this hotel maybe 6 times on business trips, always happy about the value until the last booking. I booked a room shown with a window on the picture. Arrived at the room then and noticed a strong mold smell and no window. I cannot breathe mold and have a bad sleep as I'm there for business and also for obvious health reasons. (explained the front desk). Very kind and understood the situation very well, his boss on the phone didn't want to offer a peaceful friendly refund and only paid upgrade. I had to pay an additional amount to be upgraded to a room as I didn't want to pay another hotel rooms, but sleeping in a moldy room was our of the question. The new room was smelling cigarette and in bonus with loud neighbors watching movies all night. Not the hotel's fault but just adding up on the experience. If you don't care about my health when I inform you calmly about it. Don't expect another booking from me.

Large bedrooms but bed was very itchy, room smelled of smoke occasionally from other people smoking outside, balcony door didn't lock (had to use a stick to wedge it closed), very loud at night due to temporary wedding marquees being set up in the street. Hard to keep bathroom dry when using the shower due to the grimy shower curtain that was too short for the cubicle. Otherwise, ok value for money.

    Don't stain their towels !”
Should be classified a guesthouse. The room is decent enough. There is a kettle and basic amenities. And there is a lift. However the management lacks professionalism even though all are generally polite. Travellers should beware of the following:- 1. Night manager wanted almost everything I have. He asked me to give him my earphones and several other belongings. I joked that I had only a bottle of water to spare..he took that. 2. I was 'interrogated' at the reception desk as to why there was a yellow stain on my towel. Probably my ass leaked a bit but in fairness it was only a small stain. Initially they wanted me to pay for the towel. When they realised that I was not falling for that, they told me the stain cannot be removed so told me to send it to a laundry myself. I took the towel to my room and rinsed under the tap and 'Wallah!' all clean. Brought it down back to reception and had to hold it up high to prove no more stain. Anyway look at the picture. In all my years of trave

Ok, but watch you linen and towels.”
Pros • Location • Clean. Roomy with adequate storage space. • Recently rejuvenated with new tiling etc., so it's nice and fresh! • Basic toiletries • Kettle. Tea coffee. Bar size fridge • Beds firm, but ok for me • Sat tv satisfactory • Price was good via agoda AUD$25 PN standard twin. King size singles • A small but nice outside area to sit at street level. • The regular tuk tuk driver located directly outside the hotel door was very fair pricewise and reliable. No English Con • First impressions. The lobby looks like (and should be, imho) an in house cafe/restaurant, however, it is usually occupied by some, or many, of the owners? family members. A tad unprofessional and made us wonder how empty drink cans and dirty ashtrays can remain all day on outside tables with so many invested people around? I felt like I was intruding every time I walked through the foyer. • Believe the previous comments about being charged for removing marks from towels/linen. My daughter g

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff were super-friendly. There are no facilities so don't plan on eating or swimming here, but you can eat at one of many outside restaurants. This is a good place to stay if you are only expecting a clean bed to sleep in and nothing more.

    Love le Vincent”
Recently renovated, everything works and is spotless. The staff asks me consistently if everything is fine, and if something isn't to let them know. They honestly care. Another reviewer remarked that having children in the lobby is unprofessional. Who ever those children belong to they're not a nuisance and are too cute. I'd rather have a little "unprofessional" than heartless and inhuman. In California, USA most businesses hypocritically have "bring your daughter/son to work" day. Management always gives lip service about being a "team" and being a "family". It's all B S, just politically correct talk. Here in Cambodia they live it. If you want a home away from home in Phnom Penh, le Vincent is for you.

This hotel is very basic but cheap. For the money, it's well worth it. The staff are friendly enough and the room was clean. There is no food there, but you can walk easily to many khmer restaurants and the river is only three blocks away.

This hotel is clean and new, situated three blocks from the riverfront. Be sure to note it is not directly on the riverfront. It's clean and simple and some of the rooms have good views of Khmer cultural scenes. A few rooms have no window at all so be sure to inquire about this if a window is important to you.

Le Vincent is a family run hotel that is centrally located a few blocks from the Mekong River. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had air conditioning. The staff were all very nice and helpful and they ensured we had everything that we needed. This hotel is good value for the money. I would stay here again if I am back in Phnom Penh.

Very new, modern hotel in a great location but lacking a restaurant or coffee shop. The room was very large as was the bathroom and with a very large balcony. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Phnom Penh and highly recommend it.
