Love le Vincent”
Recently renovated, everything works and is spotless. The staff asks me consistently if everything is fine, and if something isn't to let them know. They honestly care. Another reviewer remarked that having children in the lobby is unprofessional. Who ever those children belong to they're not a nuisance and are too cute. I'd rather have a little "unprofessional" than heartless and inhuman. In California, USA most businesses hypocritically have "bring your daughter/son to work" day. Management always gives lip service about being a "team" and being a "family". It's all B S, just politically correct talk. Here in Cambodia they live it. If you want a home away from home in Phnom Penh, le Vincent is for you.

Great Place to stay in Phnom Penh”
Le Vincent is a family run hotel that is centrally located a few blocks from the Mekong River. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had air conditioning. The staff were all very nice and helpful and they ensured we had everything that we needed. This hotel is good value for the money. I would stay here again if I am back in Phnom Penh.

Best hotel in P.P. in it's price range”
If you have a budget of about $25 a night and you want quiet, clean and comfortable near the riverside, then Le Vincent is the place for you. One of the few small hotels in Phnom Penh where the room photos do it justice. No complaints at all and just 2 minutes walk to the Riverside and all the bars.

Exceptional”
This was a great hotel in the center of Phnom Penh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and it was easy to walk to different places or find cheap transportation. The bed was very comfortable. The only con - for us as a family with young kids - was that at night there were a few bars nearby that could get loud. That said, we did stay there on new year's eve, so that was to be expected. Overall a very good experience. Would go back and would recommend.

Excellent value for money”
I have been staying in Phnom Penh for a month, and after doing a bit of hotel shopping in my first couple of weeks, have chosen here to use as my base. It's in a really good location, close to Riverside, restaurants and markets. Its clean, new and the family that runs it are lovely and are always eager to help. If you're looking for a budget hotel near riverside- I highly recommend this place!

Disappointed with one of the Staffs”
One of the staffs at the receptionist counter (tall & thin guy) recommended us a tour package around Phnom Penh. He promised to provide us an English speaking driver but ended up, he couldn't speak English at all. We had a hard time communicating with him. Luckily, he was a very nice & understanding driver. Overall I loved Le Vincent Hotel because it is located very neat to some popular tourist spots. National Museum (650 m), Wat Phnom (900 m), Central Market (900 m), Sorya Shopping Mall (900 m) & Royal Palace (1.1 km)

Good budget hotel in the heart of the action.”
Le Vincent is fast becoming my hotel of choice when in Phnom Penh. Very well situated in Street 130 only a few steps away from the bars and eateries. Spacious rooms with good wi-fi and good bathrooms. Complete with an elevator and friendly staff.

Excellent”
Very new, modern hotel in a great location but lacking a restaurant or coffee shop. The room was very large as was the bathroom and with a very large balcony. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Phnom Penh and highly recommend it.

good for traveling groups”
I had a group of 17 stay here while they visited Phnom Penh. You can't beat the value for the money! It's a bargain to have a clean place, helpful staff, and located only three blocks from the riverfront. I will stay here again.

Recently renovated budget hotel in the heart of Phnom Phen”
Whilst travelling through Asia this year i stop in two hotels in Phnom Pehn, Le Vincent Hotel being one of them which i found to be clean & recently renovated in close walking distance to all the bars, clubs & restaurants you will need & there is always a tuk tuk outside waoting to take you further a field. The staff a warm & helpful, room was clean although i did find flies regularly taking refuge in my bathroom. No food available from the hotel, no iron access & fridge turns off when key is out of the socket so not available to keep chilled food/drink cold when out of the room. For the price & location though i would visit again & recommend to anyone wanting a budget hotel in the center of Phnom Pehn.

Good enough”
The staff were very friendly upon arrival and the room was very clean and tidy, except for some mould above the shower! Daily housekeeping was nice and the AC was fantastic. Would definitely stay again if we came to Phnom Penh again!

Awful smell but friendly and helpful staff”
I am not sure if this is a common issue for all hotels in Phnom Penh or just this one but there was an awful smell like sewage when we entered our room. Also, there was brown water (...?) on the toilet seat. Aircon wasn't working well as well. But the smell was so bad we had to ask for a different room. The next day, they moved us to another room and it was a lot better. The aircon didn't work well in that room as well but staff fixed it (apparently there was a tower blocking the ventilation fan), then it worked fine. The smell of the room wasn't that pleasant but was much better than the first room. I think it is a hotel owned and run by a family (there is family living in the hotel). They were all very friendly and helpful. Night market is 5 min walk, there are massage places nearby as well. Location is good too. But if I go back to Phnom Penh, I would stay in a much more expensive hotel (I assume other similar priced hotels would be similar or worse).

Staff were helpful but walls are thin”
Staff gave us advice on places to visit and how to be more cautious in Phnom Penh. Main drawback is you can hear what your neighbours are up to. Otherwise it's not bad for the location.

Comfy hotel and friendly staffs”
Comfy and clean hotel. The bedroom was spacious, bathroom had also plenty of space and the location was very convenient for me. The room was cleaned every day. But what made my stay awesome was the staff. This hotel is owned by a very nice family. The brother in law who works there helped me a lot with arranging tuk tuk, accompanied me for the boat cruise (he even tried to get me a cheaper price for it) and got me an ice coffee when i checked out. Super friendly and super nice! One minor thing was when I first got into the room, there was a really strong smell that I think might have come from the furniture. But with air-con on, the smell decreased in the next days (i stayed 4 nights)

Great Value ”
A great value hotel for this price range, very clean & safe and close to the river, supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc. The room with a balcony is nice to have of course and I found the staff to be very polite & helpful at all times. They have a fridge in the lobby with all the usual cold drinks, beer, coke, etc as well as some tables & chairs outside the front at street level if you just want to kick back. I only stayed one night passing through to Siem Reap but would be happy to spend 2-3 nights here no problems. The hotel is surprisingly reasonably quiet considering it's location and I would stay here again it's got that kind of feel. I recommend this hotel.

Exceptional”
Good hotel . I had a balcony which was good . One thing needs to be reviewed by the hotel is …….that when you take your key card out and hand it in at the desk for the day you come back to a very hot room . Not sure if the fridge loses power as a result of removing the card . Did find that you could slip any card into the slot which would keep the power on all day . No breakfast but it was a good hotel and I will definitely go back . Plenty of bars and eating places around . Less than 5 min walk to the river .

Excellent”
The hotel is newly renovated and is in an excellent location - within walking distance of the main sites and the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were happy to help with any requests. The hotel is new and although the facilities are basic, the room was large and comfortable. There's also a tuk-tuk driver near the hotel called Piseth, who is friendly (but not over friendly like some of the tuk-tuk drivers around the city), speaks good English, and is flexible and knowledgeable about the city. He offered very fair prices too. The reception would be able to book him for you. If you want a hotel that is not too expensive but is comfortable and in a really convenient location, then I would definitely recommend this one.
