We stayed as a family of four with our dog. During our stay, everything was comfortable, and the on-site restaurant was well-equipped, so dining wasn’t an issue. One of the highlights was that some restaurants allowed pets, which was a big plus. The outdoor facilities were very well maintained, making it a great place to run around and play with our dog. However, it was a bit disappointing that outdoor activities like the luge were limited on rainy days. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying trip, especially because it was easy to travel with our dog.

It was my first trip to Pyeongchang, and I had a great time at Phoenix Park. I liked the room, especially the Korean practice of taking off shoes, as I personally do not like dusty carpets. The presence of a microwave and some basic utensils made it convenient to have snacks. The breakfast was okay, but there were many guests, which required standing in line and was a bit inconvenient. However, the advantage of having ample breakfast hours compared to other places was nice. Also, the chicken sold at the café and restaurant on the first floor was really delicious. Haha. I appreciated the variety of products available at the convenience store in the Center Plaza, and it was very satisfying to have options like Baskin-Robbins and Lotteria available within the condo. I used the gondola, swimming pool, and barbecue facilities, all of which I really liked. However, it seemed that the swimming pool could benefit from a bit more discount for guests, and the food court at the pool left something to be desired in terms of price. Overall, I feel like I would like to visit again during a less crowded time.

The parking lot is narrow... the soundproofing is completely nonexistent ㅠㅠ It smells like carpet in the lobby... Hmm ㅠㅠ It seems to be an average place! I stayed in the green building after an upgrade, and I'm glad it was remodeled; otherwise... the location is good, it would be nice to bring kids; it's also nice to ride the gondola and sightseeing.

The resort is located right next to the slope and ski schools. No need to walk a lot to get the equipment and the ski lifts/gondola. Definitely the best choice for family with kids. The room is spacious, but was not cleaned thoroughly. We found plastic bag in cupboard and empty bottles under the bed. No one will empty the bin nor refilling necessities if you stay for more than one night. No one answered my call at 8pm for both frontdesk and housekeeping, which I called for over 5 times each. Anyway, the room looks the same as the photos.

During this trip, I stayed at Phoenix Park in Pyeongchang. Overall, it was a comfortable and restful time, and since there were both pros and cons, I would like to leave an honest review. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even though there were a few minor inconveniences during my stay, they responded quickly, allowing me to have a pleasant experience. Thanks to their attentive service, my overall satisfaction was high. The room was basically well-organized, but the cleanliness fell slightly short of my expectations. I felt disappointment regarding the floor, hidden corners, and bathroom cleaning. The bedding was comfortable, but overall, the facilities seemed a bit outdated and might not meet the standards of those who prioritize cleanliness. Especially for those staying long-term or traveling with family, I wish the room cleanliness management was a little more thorough. However, I appreciated that the quick response from the staff allowed me to stay without major inconveniences. The amenities were well-equipped and the management was satisfactory. There were various spaces to enjoy within the resort, making it great for spending time with family or friends. A significant advantage was being able to spend a relaxing time without necessarily going outside the resort. Phoenix Park in Pyeongchang was a great resort for relaxation thanks to the friendly staff service and various amenities. However, if the room cleanliness management could be improved a bit more, it would become a much more satisfying travel destination. Overall, it is a place I would like to visit again, and I was able to create good memories during this trip.
