Tien's Cozy Homestay is excellent!”
Ms. Tien doesn't speak a lot of English so she employs two employees to help her with the logistics around helping guests (e.g. checking-in, bike rentals, etc). Although Ms. Tien cannot speak much English, I will tell you that she is truly hardworking and very kind to her guests. My wife (who is Vietnamese American) and I felt very welcomed in the homestay. Ms. Tien and her staff are very accommodating and are from Phong Nha so they can give you some useful tips about where to eat or help with booking tours. If you are arriving into Phong Nha by bus - you can request the staff to come pick you up by scooter. The homestay is about 1km away from the main strip where all the restaurants are but it's very easy to navigate. I highly recommend Tien's Cozy Homestay - it's a perfect mix of hospitality, cleanliness, and the location was ideal for us. Please DO come and stay here on your visit to Phong Nha Ke-Bang National Park. The people here are lovely.

Ms. Hue and Ms. Tien were extreamly helpful with everything. Wonderful to talk with, we had a really nice time :] The building is only 3 or 4 months old, looks very good and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was good too. We booked 2 tours, bus, and motorcycle through them, everything was great. Good homestay with wonderful local people :] Ms. Hue and Ms. Tien will take care of you!

This was actually the best stay that I've had in Vietnam so far. The Owner is so sweet and friendly and helps you with everything. The house and the dormroom is super clean and cozy. 10 of 10!

One of the best in Vietnam ”
Amazing place if you are not looking for some backpacking crowd. Everything is super clean, the beds in the dorm are comfortable and big, there’s a lot of space in the room. Breakfast was a basic, but delicious. The stuff is very friendly! They picked me up from the bus station, brought be back there and even let me shower after check out! It’s not located on the main street, but it was only 5 minutes walk to there. The view from the terrace is very nice too. Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff! They even came to pick us up (and drop off) when we arrived by bus in town, it's quite close to the center so we could have walked, but they still offer this for free, wauw! Breakfast is simple but good and a lot. The room is neat and quite new. The bed is comfortable. The area is quiet and there is a nice view. The only negative thing I can think of is that there were some ants in the bathroom. We definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here. The room was lovely with a balcony at the end of each floor nice for relaxing and taking in the views of the mountains. The family were very helpful and accomodating, allowing us to stay and shower before our night bus and offering to drop us off. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommended

This family was so so friendly, extremely helpful. They pick me up from the town when I arrived, and drop me off also. After weeks of traveling I have to say this place had the most comfortable bed so far :) Thank you for everything Hahn.

Stay at Tien's Cozy Homestay, you won't regret it!! ”
Our stay with Cuba was the best! He was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights and Cuba sorted everything during our stay, he booked us a tour to Paradise and Phong Nha cave, booked our sleeper bus to Ninh Binh and we rented a scooter from him also. He even picked us up from the bus stop when we arrived late (9pm!), and dropped us off again when we left at 8.30pm. He even let us keep the room the day we left so we could take a shower before our sleeper bus. The room was amazing, clean, big, and the aircon and shower worked perfectly. The bed is the comfiest we have stayed in in Vietnam! Oh and the view from the shared balcony looks out onto rice paddies, what more could you want. 10 out of 10!

Homstay super. Propre avec une très belle vue sur les rizières et les montagnes. Au calme mais non loin du centre ville. La famille est très gentille. Seul le jeune homme parle anglais et il est très serviable. Nous sommes arrivés a 7h du matin et avons pu avoir notre chambre sans supplément. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Nous étions seul dans l'hôtel et nous avons payé 8€ la nuit. Phong nha rt ses alentour sont superbe

Selon moi quelques cintres en plus et une chaise serait bien utiles. Endroit très calme un peu en dehors de la ville. 15 minutes à pieds au max. Possibilité de louer un scooter sur place. Personnel adorable, serviable. On a même fait du karaoké ensemble!

Sehr schöne Zimmer und super nette Familie - jedoch etwas kalt/feucht in den Zimmern. ”
Sehr schöne Zimmer und super liebe Familie, welche uns morgens vom Nachtbus abgeholt hat und uns sogar wieder zum nächsten Bus gefahren hat. Das Zimmer war aber komischerweise kälter als draußen, bzw. etwas feucht/klamm. Wir haben aber auf Nachfrage eine zweite Decke bekommen. Frühstück war ganz gut (Baguette/Eier etc.).' An einem Abend wurden wir zu einem Family Dinner eingeladen, welches super lecker war und günstig. Können das Homestay empfehlen!

Eenvoudig maar toch zeer goed. Helaas waren wij er te kort om ook nog activiteiten te doen. Het verblijf is goed en ligt net buiten het stadje maar op loopafstand te bereiken. Het is schoon en netjes.

그가격에 아침까지 3박 잘했다 주인아주머니 그리고 여직원 미스한 정말 친절하고 기차표예약 바이크 도움많이 받았다.천장이 높은방 뒷마당 벌판보이는 발코니에서 좋은 휴식했다. 아침일찍 기차타러 나오는데 과일 한봉지 건네줘서 기차안에서 감사히 먹었다.
