Such a nice hotel”
Ok the decor is starting to look a little dated, but it was clean and the staff were superb. We were in the room on the advert looking out over the walkway below and a slight sea view through the trees but it was lovely all the same. My only gripe was the couple next door were loud and we thought the man was going to throw the woman through the wall at one point. This was not the hotel's fault and so i cannot complain. We would definately stay here again. It was in the centre of everything. Perfect

I and my son stay at Phra Nang Inn during the COVID-19 outbreak and I can feel that the staff are well treated and so they pay it forward to their customers. I personally enjoy its convenient location, green space, and refreshing pool very much. I hope the COVID-19 outbreak will end very soon, and that tourists around the world can visit Ao Nang again, and stay at this hotel that has very beautiful home-like environment. We are super happy with our stay here. The staff have been excellent in every way. When I booked a room that probably wasn't the best fit for our family they were great in finding a solution for us. The beds are so comfortable and so are the pillows. We would come back!

Exceptional and top location”
What a wonderful place. Right on the beach. Beautiful room facing onto the pool. Breakfast was great. Happy hour cocktails were the best and the barman was amazing. Pool is lovely and the sunset balcony was a stunning place to sit and relax. All the staff are excellent and super friendly. Easy walking distance to all shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

The check-in went well as Richie (the receptionist) welcomed us with warmth and kindly took us to the room while carrying my girlfriend’s luggage. Travelers and tourists won’t be disappointed as the area offers plenty of activities and tours as well as bars and restaurants. The hotel was well maintained, friendly staff, long swimming pool. The cherry on the cake was the buffet breakfast offering omelet, pancake, bread, fruit, sausage, yogurt and much more. Even Thai food was served to start the day with a local cuisine.

Good and helpful hotel”
This is my second time to this lovely place. This time we also took a jr suit but as we arrive the block where the suits were was undergoing renovation and repair works. They upgraded us to a 2 room with a connecting door. The staff was very helpful and always attentive to our needs. Amazing place which I will always return to, the pool and hotel surrounding has a very pleasant and relaxing vibe.

A superb location”
Situated at the bottom of the main street and the beachfont, you could not hope for a better location. The hotel restaurant is right on the beachfront, and is a few steps to the longtail boat ticket office. The pool is very long and beautifully surrounded by illuminated trees. Every room has a pool view, as all rooms surround it. The reception area is modern looking, although the rooms are very dated and the bathrooms are very outdated. I had a problem with not being able to set a new code on the safe box, another with static noise on the telephone and another with the system where you place the key that allows the lights and air conditioner to go on. In each case, the problems were dealt with very promptly. Reception staff are superb, but the restaurant staff understood no English whatsoever, which was quite frustrating. Hotels should have staff who understand at least minimal English. Breakfast was disappinting in that only ham was offered as a .eat. No bacon or sausage. Baked beans were cold...not heated at all, but I got them to heat a portion. Tje rotary toaster that seemingly all hotes use here was slow and inefficient. Tjey have not discovered pop-up toasters here like we are used to. In terms of value for money, all in all it is excellent. I highly recomment this hotel.

Great Location ”
Right on the beach at Ao Nang the hotel was comfortable. The restaurant which overlooks the beach served a large buffet breakfast for all tastes. The hotel is old but still maintained its character. The pool is long and only 1.5m deep, and mostly under the shade of the overhanging palms. The rooms are being upgraded though ours was comfortable, clean and the air conditioner did its job. The staff were lovely though if you have a car remember to leave your keys with reception, we were blocked in by a car though after some good driving we managed to get out. There were four in our party and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. We shall definitely go back again.

Excellent stay wonderful swimming pool near the beach”
FIrst, I was very nicely welcomed by the staff, and Ritchie never missed the occasion to have a chat from time to time during my stay. The breakfast was very good and just facing the beach. My only complaint is not having a real coffee. I'm French and I have to complain about something, haven't I ! I would come again without any hesitation.

The location is perfect. It’s on the corner of the main strip where it meets the beach. Pools are lovely. Balcony has comfy chairs. Buffet breakfast 500 bhat for 2 people was great! Highly recommend!
