The best place I've ever stayed”
The Hotel was the best I've ever stayed in. The room was fantastic, with a sofa, TV (with Netflix), large bed, robes provided, nice bathroom. They also provide a stocked mini bar that is replenished daily! Everything you would need. But the room is just the start. The staff speak excellent English, were incredibly welcoming and the ambience is so relaxed and calming. There was a pool which, although a little small, was a nice centre piece for a morning swim. By the pool, you can get happy hour cocktails (which were good value and delicious!), a free daily head and back massage for 10 minutes, and there is plenty of space to sit and relax. Breakfast was a buffet of all sorts of different Thai dishes, they provide daily activities such as sticky rice making, or flower arranging. They provide 20% dinner in the hotel which is again excellent food, as well as 20% off the massage place next door (which provided us with an incredible Thai massage). Overall, 5 stars!

Best Hotel experience ever!!”
I am in love with this hotel!! The most amazing experience and the best staff I think I’ve ever met! Aoy is absolutely amazing and made us feel so at home! We were greeted as friends and treated as family! Always looked after! Rooms were also very neat and clean! The hotel was calm and quiet and the afternoon tea time is the best!! Easily I think one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had around the world!

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The building and facilities are pretty old. But the interior is very clean and welcoming. The rooms are very convenient to stay. The staffs are very very friendly. You can request anything you want without any worries. This is not a five star hotel. But you will be more welcomed and comfortable as staying in one. Especially, their beds and pillows are better than five star hotels.

Great place to stay for Couples!”
My wife and I stayed here for our Honeymoon. We had the best time! All the staff was very nice and made our say very comfortable. The free breakfast was great! And the cocktails from the restaurant we're amazing. The location is also great and you can walk to some of the best temples and spas.

I really couldn't explain how much I appreciate their service. Their staff was very well trained. The guy at the front desk was so so nice (sorry I couldn't remember his name). They took care of every guests so well. I have stayed at many hotels in Thailand and other countries (hostels to 5 star hotels). I would say that by far this is one of the best hotels I have ever experienced (especially the service). Moreover, they have spas where are just located in front of the hotel. I tried one, the spa was so impressive as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It's really worth for money.

No cons!! We were honeymooners and we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. We fell in love with Chiang Mai because of the amazing staff, breakfast, and surprises! Very helpful, even at the latest hours! We stayed for one night while visiting Chiang Mai. We loved our stay in Phra Singh and we would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely book this place again if we ever come back to Chiang Mai. The room was spacious and well decorated. Lots of thoughtful details like a dressing table with a make up mirror and a power socket so you can sit down a dry your hair rather than stand. Beautiful view from the room. Comfortable bed and no street noise. Lovely pool downstairs with lots of seating around it. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

The location is very close to Sunday Market, around 5 mins walking. The breakfast taste good, not many kinds of food. The swimming pool is soooo good :) And the staffs are friendly and polite! Room was tidy and neat, with good smell. Everything provided! And the mini bar is all free! And free Netflix:P The hotel provides airport transportation (around 180 thb) One of the best hotel in Chiang Mai ! Good value of money.

We had a great 24h at Phra Singh Village. The place is beautiful yet simple, same for the rooms. The staff is very kind and attentive. Despite the fact that with covid, a few services are closed (afternoon tea, free massage), the staff made a lot of efforts to make our stay special for my partner's birthday (b'day cake, late check out). We highly appreciated the attentions. Good mention on the spa offers too! Very good masseuses and location.

Would highly recommend a stay here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location in the middle of the Old City is great! The have on site restaurant that serves great food for reasonable prices. The afternoon tea was a great way to relax after a day of adventuring and the entire courtyard area is very peaceful and a good place to hang out. The room was well anointed and had good amenities including an espresso machine!

Clean and comfy room, lots of cafes and restaurants near the hotel (walking distance), the famous Wat Phra Singh temple is only minutes away. It was almost my birthday when we stayed at Phra Singh and the hotel staff went out of their way to decorate my bed and made me a delicious birthday cake! Appreciate the kind gesture, I would stay at Phra Singh again when i return to Chiang Mai.

Off all the places we stayed in Thailand, this was the absolute best! The staff was amazing - they were able to answer all of our questions and book many day trips and spa appointments for us. This hotel had the best service out of any hotel I've stayed in around Thailand. Extremely helpful with anything we needed. For the price you pay - the facilities, location, and rooms are all excellent. Our room was very spacious and included a nice balcony and huge bathroom. Will be staying there next time we come back.

We're so glad to have found this hotel! Tucked away from the main street, you suddenly feel the serenity when you walk in. The staff couldn't have been nicer and friendly. We also loved the free 15 min massage. There was also complimentary afternoon tea for guests which we unfortunately didn't get to try. We only wish the pool were heated, but if you're looking for a refreshing swim...
