The building and rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly and try their best to communicate with you even if you don't understand their language, so communication is fun. However, it is very far from the center of the city, so unless you have something special to do, you may get bored for a long period of time. You can buy Vietnamese coffee, sandwiches, etc. for about a dollar, so you can do a lot of shopping and eating and drinking at various places.

+ Room size good, upgraded to delux for bigger room. Helpful staff - wifi bad, no hot water, area quite with nothing around really. Food options around. Big wide quiet streets, so different to the normal craziness of hcm. Bit of street noise through rhin windows, talking and loudspeaker food sellers, specially after 12am!
