Staff friendly & always helpful, nice restaurant”
No complaints at all. It was very comfortable. The meals were enjoyable. We were not hounded by sellers as we walked around. There is a shopping complex across the road. Bus & taxi transport outside the front door. No. 2 bus will take you directly into HCM city. Would stay here again

Nice room, even the roaches were friendly”
The first receptionist wasn't friendly. He didn't like I had an online reservation, wanted to keep our passports, and didn't give us our breakfast coupons. We waited until he did what he needed to do with our passports. The other staff were quiet friendly. The room itself was fine except for 2 honking big roaches in the bathroom but they didn't bother us so we didn't bother them.

The building is old and not very well maintained. Bathroom tend to choke up easily and staff respond was slow.

The rooms was spacious, clean and in good condition. Staff was professional but was not quite friendly, especially receptionists. Food was quite limited at breakfast.

it was a beautiful hotel but too close to the road”
Although the hotel was very nice, the food choices at the buffet were very limited and we often had to go out to eat instead of eating inside the hotel. The service was amazing and responded very quickly.

Hotel is reasonably priced for its suite . Room is very spacious and clean . Breakfast is average. Massage services is good and at reasonable prices. Has sauna , jacuzzi steambath for men. Couple can have hair washing , foot massage together. Has a big video room for relaxation and free fruits and drinks. Massaue's skill is good . Definitely value for money.

6/27-30 3泊しました。食事や買い物には便利な立地です。道を挟んでローッテマートがあるので、大抵の物は揃います。 朝食は特筆する物は無いですが、日本にビジネスホテルレベルです。 普通の部屋は解りませんが、ねるべくグレードの高い部屋が良いでしょう。料金差以上のコストパフォーマンスがあります。
