          Terrible service. Never met anyone other than a cleaner who worked there. 1 hour to check in.”

          For what it's worth, find another hotel. Unhelpful staff, no where to be found when we needed to check out, and mediocre rooms. Loud construction nearby (April 2017) - VERY thin walls. Could hear everything from our neighbors.

          My stay in this hotel was not pleasant due to not good management. ”

          I booked this hotel for me and daughter 9 years old. On the hotels rools it was that Children up to 12 is free (and I booked a single room), but when I arrive they reqiared I pay extra money for my child. Even I didn't take a breakfast for child. Next day when I asked to move from first floor to the seond floor they found a lot of reasons to refuse. On the second floor is very cold cement floor, in the bathroom is cement floor like not finished onstruction. Under the bed a lot of dust. Internet was bad. TV - only 2 local channals, nothing to watch. You can hear all steps on the scond floor and talking and snoring of the neighbours. Then we moved from this hotel to another hotel (guesthous) that was less expensive, with good atmosphere, nice owners, nice view with rever and mountains and were happy that we left Phubarn Inn hotel.
