Quiet bungalows with swimming pool”

it was not so easy to find the phuket garden homes because the address on the voucher was wrong and the taxidriver dropped us at a building site. once we were at the bungalows we were very pleased. the house was super clean with a little sitting room in front with refrigerator, a large sleeping room with airco an television and in the back a kitchenette with microwave and sink. next to it the very large shower an toilet. some of the houses are build around the nice swimming pool. the houses are far away from phuket town but the staff of the hotel arranged the rent of a motorbike for us. the promotional price we paid with agoda was value for money.

very good shoulder season value if you are mobile”

For what it was, it was excellent value. The low occupancy during the quiet season meant that the room smelt a bit mouldy (aircon in a closed concrete room), but it improved once the windows were open. It is very basic, but the staff were relaxed & friendly, the atmosphere very laid back & the area quiet; it's excellent value for someone with transport available, but a long way from anything, otherwise. Note that the GoogleMap location for Phuket Garden Home is miles away ... unless one knows to add the "Bungalow" qualifier... very confusing for taxi drivers!

Quiet and spacy but no food”

A good place to relax and take it easy a bit outside the city. Our kids liked to have the pool in front of the door. But be aware there is no restaurant in the garden home. Near to the zoo.

Very Very nice hotel but only location is bad ”

I like this hotel very much, as photo, this hotel looks very fashionable and I felt cozy.but location is bad so I lost the way for long time.

A little out of the way”

I ended up only staying one night here, as it was too far out of the way for me and the WiFi was not good enough. The driver had trouble finding the place (they don't understand the address/map), there should be a number available to call. There was free WiFi, but this only worked for me if I sat on the floor, and I work online so I had to have better WiFi. I was in the room closest to the reception. The staff were wonderful, and super positive. I did not try the pool, but it looked great. It's hell to get a taxi, and even the app Grab came up empty handed. You might be able to rent bikes at their place, but I moved before checking. All in all, the location makes this a better place for families or friends, not single travellers. I moved to Kata which was a lot better with everything in easy reach (including the beach).

Just what I wanted ”

I booked hotel for two reasons, one location, it had to be close to specific place, and because it has a pool. Nothing spectacular, value for money. Nice relaxing pool, but not like presented on Agoda pictures. Quiet, make sure you have transportation as quite fr from main road

It is a big room. Resort has all facilities we needed. Just a night before heading to the north. Overall, it is oki as it is close to our friend house.

WARNING when I looked at the picture it look amazing but when arriving there I couldn’t sleep and left next day because no hot water,roof cracked above my head in the bedroom,bad location just house round it,very expensive for that price I paid 1000 bht per night,bed broken,they say only one room left but lie because out 22 room only 3 room occupied lol, I don’t recommend it cheap hep building.

purely value for money, was desperate to have massage in my room, we went there for diving, exhausted after fun. this is the only problem I think, because staff were very nice, very helpful, english speaking. very stable strong signal wifi provide while i was staying. THANK YOU.

We booked this hotel becuase we tought it was on our way to the pier. As it turns out, it is more expensive to go this hotel than the hotel itself. We ended up taking a bus to Phuket Town 150B, and found a good hotel for 500B. Getting to the hotel, between 1000-2000B.

absolutely disgraceful ”

we arrived and our rooms were filthy, hair all over the bathroom. the doors didn't close properly nor did any of them lock. the staff did not have the keys to open the safe for the first 3 rooms. we complained numerous times. we did not have a tv in the room like it was supposed to. the room was cleaned once whilst we were there. the day before we left we requested a discount as we felt very robbed and the staff threatened to call the police and immigration. we were in absolute shock. we were forced to pay before our last day and we were treated disgustingly. there is loads of mould in both rooms.

Broken canopy above seating area could be asbestos staff don't know couldn't care,Broken ceramic floor tiles around pool very sharp ,rusty screws (sharp) holding timber in to place at overflow area the entire length of pool. Room not cleaned for three days the first week, the cleaner told her boss she he'd cleaned it then I gave him the full bins!.I hired a moped which in 4 hours had a flat tire so I returned the bike which was so-called repaired for use the next day .I collected the bike the next day and brought back that evening with all tyres inflated ,2 hours later around 9pm he said the tyre was flat and charged me for new repairs. This infuriated me so went to check the other bikes they rented 6 in total ! All had flat back tyres. I have videos and pictures of everything I have mentioned and experienced. This place is untrustworthy of your custom.

Hotel très correct avec un personnel serviable et très gentil. Il n'est pas très loin des ferry pour koh phi phi îles donc parfait pour une halte sur phuket avant de faire la traversée le lendemain matin.

Das Resort ist dem Verfall ausgesetzt, ich habe 5 Jahren regelmäßig dort gewohnt, aber nun ist der Moment gekommen wonders hinzugehen. Es wird nichts, aber auch gar nichts an der Anlage gemacht, der Pool eine einzige Katastrophe, die Zimmer runtergekommen, Schwarzschimmel im Badezimmer,das Personal mißgelaunt wie in Thailand oft dank schlechter Bezahlung üblich. Alles in allem nicht mehr empfehlenswert und auch nict mehr günstig für das was geboten wird.
