Clean and friendly hotel”
Everything was great. The room was very clean and bed super comfortable. There is a wardrobe, bedside table, tv, ac and slippers. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and can only recommend it to all travelers

No hot water”
The hostel offers a very good price and the location is great. The staff was nice but could be better. When I asked the older lady for hot water for the shower, she was annoyed and yelled on the phone about how to turn the hot water on. After 3 times trying (and waiting 20 minutes every time for the water to warm up) we still had freezing water. View is amazing! The other lady and her kid were really nice!

Nice place with a good location ”
Nice place with welcome service, it’s located next to bus station and lots of local food are around, nice women was there always with good English. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Great Place. ”
The location was fantastic, as were the staff and facilities. The room had everything we required. The restaurant on the lower level was affordable and delicious. The staff were very helpful and kind. We extended our stay on the island by almost a week and we had no doubt we wanted to continue to book our accommodation with Phuong Phuong hotel.

Ok for very cheap price”
We stayed in the double room 'with mountain view' which was actually just a view of the houses behind the house. We often smelt the cooking from the kitchen coming into our room. The room very VERY DAMP, wallpaper peeling a bit and even our clothes felt damp after being in the room. We did realise this was due to the humidity on the island at the time of our stay, even so I would spend a bit more and get a room at the front of the building as it looked like it had more air coming into the room. Cheap place so couldn't expect much. Staff were nice enough and the breakfast was ok.

Run down, dirty and damp.”
The hotel itself looks very run down. The room, dirty, dusty and damp. The bathroom hadnt been cleaned and the toilet seat was covered in urine. The room was so damp due to lack of ventilation that the bed sheets were wet. The room also had a horrible musty smell. There was no towels or toilet roll provided. This is a VERY cheap place to stay... so i could forgive all this if the staff was friendly, however they really did not seem to care. Only stay here as a last resort.
