Good for 1 short stay”
Easy to locate hotel The staffs are friendly but limited understanding of English. My room face the river as well the main road, therefore I was waken up at +6am by motorbike & car horn. Breakfast is simple and sent to the room at your specified timing.

Front desk manager he remembered me from last year, little reunion”
As the above last year I forgot my VISA and walked off without it. Don't know his name but he chased me down and returned. He was sitting in the lobby when I came out of elevator and his expression was priceless, big hug and hand shake. Upon departure I needed a taxi, he wouldn't have it and drove me himself to Danang International airport, paid the 20K dong and would have nothing to do with my money. That's never happened and was very much appreciated! Thank you.

Reasonable price”
1. Good location : We can watch about night view of dragon bridge in the room.(If vou choose revier veview room) and near by danang church, Han market. 2. Resonable price : a little big triple room and good breakfest(Maybe breakfest dilivered from local restaurant) 3. Negative thing : clean but little old facility. if you need clean & modern room....you need more consideration.

This hotel is just okay”
I paid $27 per night which was just okay as the room was very small and kind of shabby. The staff were nice, no complaints about them, the list cation is good as well.

Acceptable”
Good location, Good river view, Clean
Location is its main draw, just beside the tall Brilliant Hotel, right by the riverside with lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is old but had been reasonably well renovated with new furnishing, new air-conditioner, fridge and LED TV. A chicken mesh at the room window does not help in its good view when there is already a grill to the small sliding window. Room is very simple. Breakfast is simple, I recommend the noodle soup with local salad and fruit; it is served to your room or at the reception lobby as they have no restaurant. It would help to have clothes hanger in the cupboard, and it’s a pity the roof top viewing gallery has been locked off. Note that this hotel has a very strict check-in time of 2pm, but they will give you a good clean room to suit your request after sufficient housekeeping time.

Extremely disappointing”
We arrived at midday and were told our room would not be available until 2.00 pm. Our baggage was left in a room and we went to the market and to a restaurant for lunch. On arrival back at reception at 2.15. we were told that the receptionist was not available and for us to return in 30 mins. The whole hotel was very dirty, tired and reeked of tobacco. In fact the man who greeted us on our return was smoking in the reception area. We had heard and seen enough so we left and checked into another hotel where we were treated with respect and courtesy. Our Visa card had already been debited with the full tariff !!

Great location ”
Location, views, nice staff
The river view rooms are large and very clean. The rooms have a wonderful view of the Dragon bridge and riverside. The staff are lovely people and were always helpful and nice to me. The simple breakfast is served in your room and the Pho soup was delicious. The 5th floor shower lacked pressure for the hot water but not a problem in the hot days at Da Nang. The bed was a bit hard but that is common in Asia.

Location is great”
Good Location, Near market and pub area, walking around Han river
Hotel location between Dragon bridge. You will enjoy the Danang night view from your room if you got the room which face to main road.

Great area but unlikely to return to this hotel”
Location, View, nearby restaurants / nightlife
Well it wasn't a good start. Upon arrival there was no one who could speak a word of English. They then claimed to have no record of any agoda booking. Eventually we were given a key to a tiny room with no windows. When I pointed out we had booked a river view room they claimed rooms were all booked out. Eventually a more accommodating female staff member appeared. She told us there was a room but it needed to be cleaned. 2 hours after getting there we were finally able to check in. Riverview room was large and had new bathroom. Window however needed some external cleaning. Other than our initial check in problems I have no real issues with the stay. Having said that if you are a foreign tourist you would be far better served by staying at the "Brilliant Hotel" just a few doors down. Unfortunately it was booked out.
