Great hotel out of town ”
Very good hotel rooms, beautiful view and comfort in the room. Restaurants are not to the standard of the hotel price however. We had quite a bad experience at breakfast (very poor choice from the buffet) and dinner (1h wait for a pad thai for my 3 years old son). However the hotel manager Mindy was great to make sure we had a better experience after that. Do not hesitate to talk to her, she is of great help and very professional.

We enjoyed our stay at Phusanfah Resort”
The resort was close to one hour drive from the airport. But if you were looking for relaxing experience with amazing views, this is the place. Our villa had a complete panoramic view of rice fields. Though we just missed the harvesting period, the plains with mountains as backdrop was spectacular. The room was the same as what you see from the pictures. They provide bikes for us to move around (free). There was also buggy service to bring us from the entrance to the villa, though we almost always preferred the pleasant walk which was really less than 5 mins with kids' speed. We intended to swim but the water was just too cold. Apart from the pool there was not much other facilities. But even our 4 and 6-year-old had nothing to complain since just the immersion in nature was good enough. We dined at the restaurants for 2 nights and the selection was sufficient. Not to mention the hearty breakfast which was rather sumptuous and we could not finish.

Resort isntrue to picture. Real nice facilities and food. Come here only if you're intending to just”
Come here only if you're intending to do nothing. Really nothing. Just chill, look out to the rice field and blue sky. That's the point of coming here, to get away from the hustle bustle.

Great views for relaxation”
Our intention for our 5 day break was to rejuvenate and we certainly did that thanks to the wonderful relaxing views of the rice paddies and mountains and, staff that was eager to please. Thai food at their in-house restaurant was always tasty and worthwhile but their western breakfast has much to improve and it is a pity the Resort does not have a Spa or serve cocktails which would be great by the pool. Overall, the beautiful location and staff make this resort worth recommending.

stunning! beautiful stay”
Perfect songkran getaway! The hotel is isolated and peaceful, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet pretty accessible being only 45 min drive away. Also the national park is worth a visit. Only downside : hotel makes you order a set meal and time for breakfast everyday. Yet when you turn up at the restaurant they still have to prepare your food! Perhaps if they made it a buffet style or delivered to your room it would be better.

all ok except staffs”
nice room, nice view, staffs were not, may be it was on newyear, they were too busy, couldn't handle many guests. too many walkin guests just for coffee and photo, no space for guests who stay in hotel. i stayed in big room, need to cross to another side of the road, no staff there, no telephone, need to call on mobile phone for any services
