Good value for money, a bit out of the way”
We booked here because it is one of the few places available which has triple rooms and so doesn't charge a fortune for an extra fold up bed, most of which you couldn't sleep on anyway. So from this perspective Phusiri Place offers great value. Yes, it's a little bit out of the way and many rooms appear to be occupied by long term tenants, but we really enjoyed our stay here. They offer bicycles for rent at very cheap rates, the pool area is nice, parking is a little bit limited in peak times but we always managed to squeeze the car in, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, especially when you consider the price. Great value and generally very helpful and friendly staff.

Location is great the price is reasonable and they have lots of bed with you can not find anywhere else for one room. Good for family and the swimming pool is nice. i like the breakfast there. Downside was the room close to our room. They were noisy late at night when we were there

        value/budget stay”
This was a quick stop for much needed sleep before a drive to work the next day, so for that it's good. It's a little out of town so you really need a scooter to take advantage of the budget nature of the accommodation, but there are plenty of street restaurants and at least one Thai style bar in easy walking distance. There's a key deposit involved so if you're planning an early start make sure to arrange your deposit return with the reception staff, they'll hopefully give it to the night security guy for you. There's a pool but it seemed to be closed for maintenance when I visited. Rooms are clean and reasonably spacious and comfortable, if a bit basic and dated. Bathroom dated and all sorts of plumbing noises but ok. Plenty of the rooms seem to be let out to long termers with left overs for transient customers. It's ok, and worth considering at the right rate.

Good location, very short walk to the markets and city. The staffs are very helpful to book the tour or help you to rent a motorbike when you need. The room is clean and the atmosphere is so good with lots of tree surrounded. I will come back here to stay in my next trip.

Great value! Helpful and friendly staff! Stayed for a month. ”
I am a solo, female traveller and I stayed here for 5 weeks while I was taking a class in Chiang Mai. It's simple and basic and great value for your money. Don't expect many luxuries, but it is a safe, clean place to stay. The housekeeping staff will clean your room whenever you request by leaving a sign on your door. They provide you with 2 bottles of water and toilet paper every day regardless of your housekeeping choice. I used the pool often as well. There is free parking for your car or motorbike. I found the location to be fine for my needs, it's a short walk to 2 major roads to catch a taxi if you don't like to walk, or the staff can call one for you. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, they will also organize tours for you, or anything else you may need. There is also free coffee or tea and they do provide breakfast at a minimal cost. There are several good coffee shops close by. My room was large, with AC, a fridge, desk, and a balcony.. There is laundry next door. I would recommend this to budget travellers who need a place to lay their head with good value for the money.

This was our 3rd stay at Phusiri Place in the past year. Each time, we have noticed improvements and this was the cleanest and nicest family room (almost suite) that we have stayed in yet. Staff are very helpful and the swimming pool and atmosphere are great for children.

Phusiri Place was very clean, staff were extremely helpful (late book-in as well as assisted with booking future accommodation and tours). Pool was very cold, but refreshing. Other residents are a mix of tourists as well as long-term stay residents. Walking to the main street towards the night market was a task though as no sidewalks.

        Nice room, pool, good price
Phusiri is more of a serviced apartment than a hotel as such. We chose it because they had family rooms and a pool - and for that price it was not bad. The location is not great, it is halfway down a kilometer long road that only has auto garages on it. There are local food stalls at the top end and a 2km walk into town from the bottom. Best to rent a vehicle if staying here as we did. Facilities are somewhat limited, the rooms are not cleaned, there is no restaurant, and the breakfast was very basic. Overall though we did enjoy our stay here.

Great atmospher, tasteful design and pool.”
The decor is simple yet stylish and we'll maintained. The common area is ambient with a fountain and a swimming pool that also has a kiddy pool.
The general appearance and decoration of the rooms and common areas has a nice aesthetic; a tropical feel without being tacky. The pool with kiddy pool was great for families. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a table and chairs. The bathroom was fine and mould free. The staff were very relaxed and friendly and we're too happy to attend to our room when they over looked something. On a less positive note the food provided was highly ordinary; mainly frozen food available or a very limited Western style breakfast (for a small fee) and only instant coffee. But this was not a problem since there was a wide range of awesome street food, Thai style restaurants, and friendly coffee shops within walking distance (500m). Often we could hear some person chanting loudly on a mega phone at a nearby temple, however generally we had the doors closed to keep in the air con so that didn't bother us too much. Overall it was quite a peaceful, pleasant motel. It's not right in the tourist action but it's a 10 Min taxi ride (or you can cycle) to the town centre, markets etc. Through this motel, we could easily access a taxi service or rent a bicycle or moped.

We booked this place for our family of 6 based on the fact it had a pool. We arrived and were told the pool was broken and being repaired. State of the bathroom is not good, it needs some sort of renovation. The bed spreads were disgusting, really easy to get some nicer blankets in Thailand aswell so I'm not sure why these were so old and grotty. Air con worked fine, lift only works sometimes, front desk guy was helpful. We cancelled the remaining days we had and found somewhere else.

Like others have said, this place is a bit on the shabby and run down side. If it's ambience you're looking forward, it's not the right location and doesn't have the facilities. No kettle in the room had me grumpy from the start as did the well worn itchy blanket on the bed. Good WiFi though.

        price, breakfast, pool
This is a great budget hotel, although a little off the beaten track and not that easy to get transport. Having said that, the lovely helpful desk staff were always happy to call us a taxi or songthaew to get where we were going. The room was big enough, and cleaners came daily. Free water was nice, and the beds were comfortable enough. It was a bit cold, mind, but I guess thats just the time of year. The pool is awesome, but it was absolutely freezing when we were there! We still went in though. Breakfast is a bit odd. It's a choice of cornflakes and toast or sausages and fried eggs which costs 50B per person. Or you can help yourself to a frozen ready meal from the freezer for free. We didn't mind the 50B, even with that included its still one of the cheapest places we've stayed in Thailand so far. Overall, its a good place and we would definitely go back.

        Different standard between Thai people?”
Quiteness, easy access to child school and little bit near to night bazzar.
We expected standard or minimum comfortable by hotel photos but unfortunately it was not realized. There were a lot of pill of wool on the bed sheet, might not be changed for a long time? I could not use that bed because of unpleasant. No remote controller for TV set (Brawn tube). It was very inconvenient to search and select the TV programs without remote controller. Shelves in the room seems not cleaned for a long time, our bag was stained by dust. Bathroom access is needed to go via balcony where is opened to outside. Hot water machine in shower room didn't work. There is bath tub but bottom of tub was cracked. No breakfast service. Hotel was quiet, we could get asleep well and there was no insect or mosquito.
